Let me start by pointing out that this store is in Missouri and I live in Florida. A few days ago I started getting emails and notifications on my phone about an upcoming appliance delivery. I haven’t purchased any appliances, so I immediately checked my cards and Home Depot account to make sure I wasn’t hacked. I wasn’t. What did happen was that someone in Missouri made these purchases and somehow was added onto my account. Now I’m getting her email updates, I have a copy of her protection plan, and I have her personal information. I can tell you when and where her washer and dryer will be delivered and I see how she paid for them (she did get a good deal, they’re a nice set). I called customer service (who was obviously working remotely because she had screaming kids in the background) and the rep didn’t seem concerned. She just said it was probably a typo. I don’t care how or why, I’m asking you to fix it. She then forwarded me directly to the store manager’s line where I left a voicemail and did not receive a callback. Mistakes happen, I get that. I’m very disappointed in your lack of effort to correct the problem.

Great customers service from Chris Piel in the appliance department. Very helpful and honest . Would buy an appliance from him again.

Everything is wide enough that you can turn around and look at things. The staff are so helpful and kind.

I use to love this store. Until they started having no cashiers. I don’t want to check myself out. I pay a lot of money for the products at Home Depot. Least they can do is hire a human to say hi and take my money. This goes a long way with not all but most customers.

Everyone in this store is great. The folks in customer service / order pickup are awesome. Joe, Bill, Dan are great. Chris and Chis in the garden center are knowledgeable.

I bought some light bulbs and they light up! Woo hooo!!!

I was looking for a specific item and this very nice employee helped me research it to see it it was in the store. By golly, it was and he went to find it before it hit the floor and loaded it on the cart for me. He was such a gentleman! We need more people like this. He made my visit very welcoming. Thank you!!

Was real happy with the process from start to delivery. The freezer was delivered on time. When it came it was damaged and they took it back and set up another delivery date for the new one. It was delivered today 7/18/24 on time. There is one exception the door was to be hinged on the left side and it was hinged on the right. Otherwise real happy with everything.

Dan was very helpful in checking me out and went above and did more than he had or needed to. Appreciate him dearly.

Manager was rude and unprofessional

We purchased an appliance recently at our local Home Depot. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered any questions that we had and helped us choose the best product for our needs and wants.

Joe King, an employee at this location, went out of his way to provide exemplary customer service - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all of my questions with patience, while also sharing his own opinion and expertise. He helped me pick the best product possible in my budget and also for my needs (home project). I will seek him out the next time I visit this store again - he is that awesome!

I compared prices at three other places and Homedepot had the best. Jessie had the best customer service I have ever received.

Although I eventually found what I was looking for, it would have been helpful if an employee would have asked what I was looking for. I passed several employees and it was almost like they were avoiding eye contacts so they wouldn't have to help anyone.

Diane and Shelly were extremely nice and helpful. I got all the items I needed and a smooth check out. I will be back.

I come to this location whenever I need knowledge or assistance. The plumbing employees knows his area and is extremely helpful.

Thanks Dan our associate and cashier who helped us. Dan is an expert and in customer service and has a great personality. We needed a thermostat and Dan made sure we had the right one and sure I knew how to install . Our house is now warm thanks to Dan.

I went to the Home Depot in O'Fallon, MO to get a new refrigerator and I was blown away at how nice the sales person was, the experience was, the savings were awesome, and I am able to get delivery on a Saturday so I don't have to take off work. I was in and out in 15 minutes and I got exactly what I wanted. Jessie Martinez was dynamite to work with!

Bought patio heater and really like it. We will be enjoying this fall.

I have purchased a new refrigerator and now a stove. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. As the home project keep coming up I’ll keep coming back to my Ofallon Home Depot

I had a 45 min window before my son's football game. Chris was amazing at getting me everything I needed in that time frame. Not only was he professional, he was personable and very kind. Gave me helpful tips.

Guy at front door told us how to get to appliances. Told us Chris was great and would be able to help us. He was great made our shopping nightmare a dream come true. Informative and got us checked out and happy with our purchase.
