Home Depot has an excellent selection of healthy plants at a very good price.

My husband and I stopped in to purchase two pieces of lumber for a unique small project. We received excellent customer service from two different staff members as well as guidance on the proper type of wood from a large selection that best suited the project. Highly recommend this store!

Want to give a shout out to Ian and Maria for their help with a grill purchase. Both went above and beyond to help me during purchase (Ian) and at store when there was miscommunication about when it would be assembled. Maria helped in store and took it upon herself to have the grill assembled for us to pick up while we were down for the weekend!

In every area of the store we have been offered assistance from employees knowledgeable enough to find answers to every question. The cashiers are friendly and help wonderfully at self check out, the young men helping to load don't need to be asked, and the customer service associates are exceptional.

NO one knows anything -lazy team members

The paint desk associate asked if we needed assistance without any prompting from us. The self check out assiciate asked if we found everything, and thanked us for shopping at Home depot. Before we left, we were looking at the secuitiy cameras and Google nest thermostats by the check out area. And the same associate asked if we would like to have the self unlock the self to look at them. When any retail associate reaches out without any promting, it makes your shopping experience more enjoyable.

Had the attention of a salesperson for at least an hour as we reviewed various appliances. Ended up selecting three new pieces and they were delivered in 4 days and the service personnel on all parts of this transaction were great. Happy to have this store in our neighborhood.

I love this store. The employees are so helpful, and the store is nice and organized.

My trip occurred on 2/15/2025, a rainy weekend in OC. I drove past a few local hardware stores to go to Home Depot. This is the off season for Ocean City and that could be one reason why I enjoyed this trip. The store was clean, quiet, well staffed, and well stocked. I look forward to my next trip to this store.

As a contractor I am in supply houses frequently and this Home Depot is one of the best stocked and by far has the most helpful and friendly staff from OC to Carrol county.

Can you clone this guy? He gets customer service and stopped what he was doing to help me. He could have said too busy with his project. But nope! Stop and helped me get ordered and got me better discount. Plus explained delivery process etc.

I shop at this Home Depot several times a month. There is always someone there who is willing to help me find what I need.

I bought a toilet and I had a plumber install it the water tank had Crack in it which caused a leak. I had to go back the store Saturday and get a new tank and had to have the plumber come back which cost me another 270.00 dollars.

Pete in the doors & windows helped me order doors and then walked me to.lumber to help me find what I wanted and cut the lumber for me, all with a smile!!

I had a few problems with the delivery and set up of my washer and dryer but with your manager Donna’s help the experience was a lot less stressful. She is a great asset and you need more employees like her.

I went in to buy a new toilet & it was delivered within a few hours. They saved the day.

I bough blinds and the ones installed are incorrect hit the cranks and I contacted Home Depot and Home Depot has refused to correct the problem. I was referred to their installer Blinds.com and they refused to correct the problem.

This Home Depot has Friendly, Knowledgeable staff. The person working the register in the garden department was extremely nice and helpful

Every aisle seems to have a smart staff member who knows where items are located or what parts we need to complete a project.

Don't expect anyone to help you cut a piece of wood on the vertical saw. I waited 25 minutes and asked 4 associates for help finding someone to operate the saw. They all disappeared and never came back to let me know what was going on. Four of them! Even the customer service person didn't care enough to offer any assistance. And I am sure I will get the usual "we are sorry for this and strive for great customer service" response. The floor associates need some serious training or a shake up in employment status.

Great customer service from Julie today. She used common sense and a dose of experience to quickly fix a problem that the manufacturer (Kohler) was making much, much, much worse than it had to be.

My husband and I are remodeling our home and we worked with Stace Marie. She was amazing. Extremely knowledgable, professional, easy-to-work-with, and patient. Five stars.
