Just the process involved in trying to order carpet was like the employees were still living “in a cave”.

I love shopping at the Home Depot it always has everything I want.

Employees seem to know where- what & how - but if they see you staring and looking for something --could they at least say 'can i help you find what you are looking for or at least give you an asile number.. do any cashiers train to say thankyou any more-do they realize that without the customer there would be no pay for them!!!

The three employees I dealt with worked as a team. It was a great experience all my questions were answered and I never felt rushed.

The three store employees that I dealt with for my purchase were outstanding and very responsive. They separated themselves from my shopping experience at other stores.

I have always found this Home Depot to be very clean and the associates are very helpful. I worked with Stacey a fantastic Kitchen Designer, whose knowledge and professionalism but also nice personality made this process pleasant. With her help, I ordered Thomasville kitchen cabinets and will be returning to order some appliances such as a counter depth refrigerator and more.

AS I WALKED INTO THE STORE, I SAW MATT FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. HE SAID HELLO AND ASKED ME WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR TODAY. HE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHERE TO GO. SEEMS HE ALWAYS KNOWS THE AISLE NUMBERS AND IS ACQUAINTED WITH ALL AREAS OF THE STORE. ALSO HE HAS A COMMANDING KNOWLEDGE OF ALL PRODUCTS AND THEIR COMPARATIVE FEATURES. OF COURSE HE MIGHT NOT KNOW EVERYTHING, WHO DOES? BUT HE SURE KNOWS EVERYTHING I NEED TO KNOW. EVERYTIME! ALWAYS A PLEASURE SEEING HIM DURING MY FREQUENT VISITS.

This Home Depot is user friendly , they make you feel safe because you must wear a mask to enter the store and all the employees are wearing a mask. This store is usually stocked up with all the things that you come to purchase.

The store was clean and products are adequately arranged where I expect them from using the store app. But here is the important part. Matt at the service desk is exceptional. He's smart, alert, competent and a pleasure to be around. He is especially remarkable when compared to two of the females there. To be honest with an unsuspecting public, you should have them wear helmets. That way, we are prepared to keep our expectations low while we wait an inordinate amount of time for their inability to navigate your computer system. The shorter fat one has the interpersonal skills of a yeast infection. But in the case of Matt, he is clearly the best, by miles. He is a talented employee and I hope you are grooming him for advancement.

I am not the easiest consumer to please I know. I do respect honesty and effort. That's all I ask. I recieved both from this store. First the sales associate that called me. I live 35 minutes away. So his call as to product availability was greatly appreciated. Then some complications with the processing of my purchase were resolved at the customer service counter. Colleen and a manager named William? I never met him but both employees made me feel like I mattered and that speaks volumes. I choose where to spend each dollar. I'll choose Home Depot.

Coleen at the customer service desk was very professional and friendly. She was able to do 5 things at once while helping me with my business. I appreciated that attention. It may have taken an hour but in the end I was feeling like a valued customer whose business was appreciated. Thanks.

I have been doing some major home updates over this summer (new flooring, 2 bathrooms and new appliances) and the Berlin Home Depot has been my saving grace! The department staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgable. Especially Maggie in flooring and Randy in Lumber. Even the contractors they used to install were amazing amd proffessional! This Home Depot helped make a very long overwhelming project managable and affordable!

Had a quick in and out due to a clerk helping me out this AM. Store was clean, easy to navigate, and they had more options for my size blinds.

This is a terrific store! I have been to many Home Depots and this one is by far the best. Very clean and it is somehow much easier to find what I need. The employees are also very friendly and helpful which is definitely not always the case at Home Depot.

Ms. Mary is an awesome employee. She was a great help in my time of need. Ms. Mary was friendly and helpful with a big smile. I loved all her pins.

Ron C an employee of HD was very helpful. My husband and I were shopping for electrical supplies and Ron C walked us through the items that would work best for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He’s truly an asset to Homedepot. Hats off to Ron C

Jeff from wood works is the best. In general the employees at this particular Depot are excellent.

If you're looking for an especially knowledgable and helpful staff member in the Paint department, don't hesitate to ask for Dusty. He's first rate! And so is Behr Paint.
