Amazing service. Wonderful phone help

Tammy went above and beyond her Home Depot RAW to assist me in everything that I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable on everything that we talked about your Home Depot has a great asset on their hands. You need more Tammy’s at your Home Depot.

The Home Depot in Berlin is one of the best stores I have ever shopped. It not only has the items I am shopping for in stock, but they have plenty of knowledgeable and friendly associates to help me, if needed. It is also one of the cleanest and well-maintained stores, which also enhances the shopping experience. Thank you for taking pride in your store! It really shows!

Each and every trip is awesome. Many are so helpful and ensure that you got what you need. From tips with painting to ordering to greetings. They make my day each and every time. Hands down an anomaly out of all Home Depots I’ve ever been to. Thank you!!

You will not find a more friendly and helpful staff than here at the Berlin Home Depot. Everyone is very welcoming and patient...especially when I have my long list of things to pick up for my husband and need help finding each item. :-) Folks are great here!!! Thank you!!!!

always helpful...stocked...and in and out service

Staff is always helpful and friendly. However there are areas of the store that are not well organized or stocked.

I needed assistance purchasing a washing machine and the employees that assisted me were very knowledgeable. They took their time and were extremely helpful. The process could not have gone any quicker to smoother.

This is my third "large" project that I designed with the help of the kitchen designers at this store. I love that I can envision something and have the designers put it into a 3-D rendition and make it into a reality!

While this store is a little smaller than some other Home Depot’s I’ve been in. They have a great inventory. The store is very organized compared to some. It’s clean. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. I have shopped there about 30 times since moving here from Baltimore and the only other store that compares is the White Marsh Home Depot on Pulaski Hwy. other than that this store is exceptional. It’s worth paying sales tax to go here

We needed a new laundry center for our condo in OC and been having a hard time finding one through a couple places near by. When I called this store, I spoke with Maggie and she was most helpful in finding exactly what we need. It is to be delivered and set up on Tuesday Very pleased with Maggie’s consideration and being attentive to our needs. We did all this from our home in Owings Mills and all went smoothly. We plan to purchase a refrigerator for the same condo soon. Will definitely be buying from this Home Depot!

Associates need to learn more about the products you stock, they seem to know where everything is but not the usage of product which at times would be very beneficial to the consumer.

Incredibly bad experience. Missed delivery after entire day of waiting. HD team continued to promise ‘I am Next’. Kept me waiting an additional two hours beyond schedule time before finally acknowledging they would be coming. Guaranteed they would deliver next morning. Received a call from delivery company 30 minutes later telling me HD scheduled for the following week. The. Asked for escalation to a manager. Waited until I finally got to another realize that wasn’t a manager and I had to reiterate entire story only to learn they can’t/won’t take action to solve. Use this HD very carefully. Not reliable. Horrible service.

The Pro cashier was very friendly and gave some additional information about the product that I was buying. This made me more confident in my purchase.
