Mike patiently taught me how to cut off PVC pipe, replace irrigation valve, seal and install the pipe with extended coupler, etc. Thanks for his service, and I made it from scratch.

I'm a disabled Veteran, the employees helped me find the product (huge/heavy item). Check out and assist with putting it on my roof rack!

Today I went to Home Depot to purchase a bathroom faucet that I found online. It showed online that only this location had the faucet in stock at the store. I drove to a further location to get this faucet only to show up and not see it there. I asked Tom R. for help and he went above and beyond to help me. He is my hero because he found it and even opened it to show me it was in perfect condition. Then he helped us with questions about a new toilet as well. He seriously is amazing! Thanks Tom for adding sunshine to our day! As we checked out, Jocelyn mentioned they were starting their kids workshops and gave us details. Then gave my son some extra kits leftover from other months. She was so sweet and excited to invite us to the workshops. We had such a wonderful experience that as we left the store my son said he wanted to live there! Haha. Thanks Home Depot for a memorable visit!

Been in other HD Phoenix area stores, and am convinced that the Pro Department at Ocotillo is the best! Fantastic employees!

Many many hassles with a security screen door off our bedroom. Cheap product were told anfter we purchased it. and costly installation fee which took weeks and than encountered problems .

So I forgot my classes at home couldn't read the package but one of the workers read it for me she was a lot of help thank u

I was uncertain what I needed to make a minor repair on my toilet. One employee helped me out and asked another more knowledgeable employee for additional information. They were able to solve my problem. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend Home Depot to a friend.

I had such a great experience at the Arizona Ave & Ocotillo Home Depot! The store was clean, organized, and well stocked, but what really stood out to me was the customer service. Victoria and Tammy are the absolute BEST! They were so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Because of them, this location has become my go-to Home Depot. Highly recommend!

Home Depot always seems to have the product or item that I am looking for. Always working on our outdoor yard work there is always a fixture that needs repair. HD always seems to have your item,

The associate was very kind and very helpful and got right to it what I needed. A month ago I bought a beautiful outdoor umbrella two weeks into it had a windstorm and it pulled it right out of the base and broke Home Depot with no questions asked I was able to replace it with another one meaning I got credit back from the one that I lost and I turned around and purchased another one very easy transaction and of course I’ll go back to Home Depot anytime. I’ve been going to Home Depot for many many years not only here in Arizona, but also in Washington state.

Purchased with 2 day delivery promised. Learned after into delivery window it wasn't coming, but rather rescheduled 3 DAYS later without any input from me. 5 DAYS FOR A 2 DAY DELIVERY! Don't buy from Home Depot if you need it quickly!

The staff is always friendly and attentive as well as ensuring the store is clean and well organized.

I am working on remodeling two bathrooms. I went in the store overwhelmed and came out very pleased!! I was directed to the design center where I found the most helpful and friendly employee Erika King. She helped tremendously!!! She took her time to show me bathtubs, vanities, toilets, doors and faucets. She helped me select items that would go together to make this remodel come together. I was overjoyed and thankful for all her help !! I called with questions after my order was placed and she was very willing to help assure me that all my items would be delivered to the store. Forever grateful for her help ! Thank you Erika !!

Home design department is very knowledgeable and helpful

Really irritated that I can't walk into a store and buy what I want without having to engage multiple people to unlock items. Then the worker took the items to a self-checkout... When did Home Depot hire me as a cashier? This is such a horrible experience and I will not be returning for any of my business or personal needs. Horrible!!!

I bought 2 vanities on March 21st, I was told it would be delivered by April 3rd I received an email saying my merchandise was running late and I will have It by April 7, I called customer service and was told that it would not be here on April 7 and that it would be delivered between April 15th and April 18th no explanation as to why it was delayed.. right now I am losing money because of the delay

GET RID OF SELF CHEDCK OUT

Needed to buy plywood, 8 x 4 feet, multiple of it, needed help to load it onto a cart, ask an associate for help, he played dumb and avoided helping.

The employees were all super friendly and helpful.

Our washing went down and instead of pouring money into it we decided to replace it. The salesperson at my Home Depot was awesome. I think I was in the store maybe 20 minutes. Great service and great prices!

The sparse number of employees seem to be focused on looking straight ahead, so as to not make eye contact, for fear of having to help.

Trying to find help in this store is like playing hide and seek with ghosts. From getting help with products to loading is terrible

Each time I have visited this location, the staff has always tried to answer all my questions and have asked me if I needed any additional assistance. Great folks.
