Probably the best Home Depot location in the valley. From customer service to store cleanliness, from product availability to product organization, this Home Depot has genuinely spoiled me in the matter of what I expect from a mainstream construction supply store.

Great employees and selection of products.

Looking for a kitchen faucet and I did needed assistance, which I received from Mike. He was friendly, and helpful in finding what I needed for my specific job. I shop here all the time - remodeled a home 4 years ago with many trips to your store. I am now moved and remodeling another home (what was I thinking?! at 74?!), and will be in to see you all again many times. thanks for all your help!

Not very good at understanding their own inventory

Started out bad,but ended great..We went in for outdoor shutters,was told they dont have them.Then we asked another employee,they took us over to the blind dept,another employee told us we cant order online he would take our information and have an outside company call us.Then another person told him to contact Ellen in windows.. Thank God for her..She sat down asked us what we wanted,did a special order and we are all set..Thank you Ellen.Then we went to Garden dept and Bradon was abighpforour needs in that dept..

I was somewhat lost when searching for several items and an associate found me and helped me with all of my Home Depot needs. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made it a painless experience. Also, the check-out service was friendly and efficiently run.

Sophie was the nicest cashier out of all the stores I went to today and helped me out and led me the right direction

I got in to a project which required some creativity ( turning a Suburban in to a camper ) and easily found your store , easily parked near the entrance , easily found what I needed , got excellent spectacular help , and easily got out the door with no effort . Help was offered to get a sheet of plywood out to my car . All in all , it couldn't have been a more fun experience .If I can think of something else to build in , like cabinets or a bar , I will most definitely be back .It's a good thing there isn't a restaurant inside or I would be there everyday .

Today, I went into Home Depot for two things: A paint stirring drill bit and some thin wood sticks. Tom O. in Plumbing helped me even though he was not in the paint department nor lumber. I found my drill bit. (I was excited because it is to stir clear my homemade wine!) I also needed the wood strips to hold signs. Neighbors Who Care is having a Drive Thru Volunteer Thank You Day. Since COVID, we cannot have thank you events. So we had the Mayor of Chandler proclaim it Neighbors Who Care Thank You Day and our volunteers will drive thru for a picture and a little gift. Tom O. donated the sticks before he even knew what we were doing. I couldn't be happier with my experience today. I've been there before and am always happy with the staff.

My Home Depot makes my home improvement projects a lot easier with their friendly and knowledgable employees and the quality products I'm looking for.

I have been to lots of Home Depot in the Metroplex .The one in Chandler Arizona Ave so. is the best by far ! Visit the store if you are a contractor or just a buyer and you will see why i feel the way i do about this store !!!

At a time when finding a good refrigerator to replace a dead one is very difficult, the Chandler Home Depot and their Appliance Specialist Jeff Gillette went out of their way to find a solution to our problem. We had a loaner refrigerator that day and had a nice replacement on the way. AND we were able to do it at a great price and with interest-free financing for 24 months. After finding out that refrigerators and other appliances are in short supply due to the virus, we thought we might have to go weeks without a refrigerator. Because of Home Depot it ended up only being a few hours. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This is by far my favorite HD store. It is always clean, things are stocked, and the employees are always easy to be found for help and friendly.

This location always has the most helpful and knowledgeable employees that are friendly and go the extra mile to assist.

Love this store. Clean and above all with one of the most helpful staff I have seen at a Home Depot. They always go over and beyond to help everyone. Great location and kudos to the manager for running this place so well.

Was very impressed with the assistance I received from Jordan and Larry in Hardware. From my initial questions on the phone to coming into the store for additional assistance, they could not have been more helpful, courteous or professional. They made me feel like a VERY valued customer and that definitely makes for a positive experience. HD may be a big box store but Jordan and Larry delivered service like one of those small hometown hardware stores!

this store specifically goes way beyond to help those that are new to making things and if they dont know where something is in the store they find out not just point you in wrong direction or leave you. They will have my business if they carry it ill get it here
