Really appreciate this store and employees very helpful. Love that on Black Friday they had plenty of employees and also service coffee and donuts is a wonderful consideration for people waiting in line for the store to open.

This store is amply supplied with anything you might need for your home or yard. Employees are always available and ready to assist if you need help and/or have questions. Everyone is very friendly. We enjoy shopping there.

WISH I HAD ONE CLOSER TO WHERE I LIVE BECAUSE I NEED THINGS MORE OFTEN AND SOMETIMES DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO RUN TO THIS STORE AND HAVE TO GO TO SMALLER STORES CLOSER TO MY HOME OR JOB!

I was very surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were at this store. Several staff members went out of their way to assist me. In addition, the store was well-stocked and clean. Check-out times were excellent as well.

I always receive great service from the staff and Pat, the checker, is always friendly and effecient!

Very happy with the help received from the paint dept to the flooring dept and in between. DIYer (do it yourself) is our middle name and Home Depot 0417 is our go to place for our many projects!! i was searching for a couple products and an Employee who was passing by stopped to ask if he could help me and he did! Never before has I been approached at Home Depot for help, I usually have to search out help.

My husband and I just moved here from Ohio. Eric, the man who helped us, was so nice! Other than our son and his wife, we don't really know anyone here. We came from a small town in Ohio, so Phoenix can be overwhelming. It was just nice to have someone nearer our age be so kind, who did not act like he was too busy to talk. Some times doing ones job means more than doing a job.

The store is neat and well organized. I needed help getting more stock from above and there were two employees nearby to reach it.

The staff is so helpful is educating and uneducated D.I.Y.er

The store is always very cleaned and the isles are identified for greater access for items customers are looking for.

The associates make shopping at this location a good experience. Friendly and helpful and will always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. As a woman I appreciate that they treat me with respect.

We required advise on a product for our home that we have never used before and were unfamiliar with. The store assistants were knowledgeable and helpful. We left with confidence in using the product and its application was easily understood.

Except for the aisles being narrowed by special sale merchandise, I find shopping here very pleasant. The associates are always so helpful and roaming to see what's new is fun.

When we drove up to this Home Depot we immediately like how the outside looked. It was clean and the flowers from the Garden Section was all out and colorful. The plants looked fresh and very pretty. We walked into the store and immediately noticed how orderly the merchandise was stacked and placed. The carts were neatly rowed and the items were straight orderly. There were employees like were smiling and wearing their neatly pressed orange aprons and they greeted us with a friendly hello. We felt great! As we looked for the 2 products we came for, we noticed that the eiles were very clean. Nothing was there to trip over or step over. Nothing along the isles to knock against your ankles and skin up your legs like they do in other Home Depot stores. Nothing fell on my head from over head like stock or a box. That's happened before. We notice how each bin had the same items in each bin and nothing was mixed and stuffed in the wrong places like to sometimes see. We were wo pleased with this visit and best of all was the cashier. She was so friendly and smiling. We felt to happy we came to Home Depot today.

I am handicapped; and people at this particular store are always assisting me without my having to ask. I spend a lot of time doing countless small projects, and the staff is helpful and very knowledgeable.
