I went to my local store in search of laminate flooring, a new washer, and dryer. I was approached by a store associate while I was looking at the appliances. He offered me a tape measure to make sure the set I liked would fit in my laundry room. After, he went with me to flooring to help me pick the style and padding I needed. Once I made all of my selections, he took me to his desk to get my order started. He got everything in to his computer, informed me about the service plans, and allowed me to pay at his desk instead of waiting in the lines up front. My debit card was having issues, so I needed to go to the bank to get money. While I was gone, he loaded the flooring and padding onto a cart and took it up front. He was friendly and incredibly knowledgable. He was able to order the appliances I chose and gather the supplies I was taking. He made what I thought was going to be a stressful trip a very easy one!

Nice to be able to go in, find what you need quickly, check out quickly and back to work.

I Returned A Item And Bought Paint And Caulking , Gift Cards , I Was In And Out Very Fast , I Was In A Rush So This Helped Alot.

Associate help was tremendous in thinking through the project and materials need. He was never rushing me so he could do something else. But, explained how things fit together, never demeaning. I was left feeling that I had the freedom to browse once I had selected items for purchase.

Russell and John were very friendly and helpful. Without their help I would of left and went somewhere else to get what I needed because I didn't think they had what I needed.

We were looking for an item that we did not have an exact name for and could only describe to the Sales Associate. He was able to discern the item from our approximate description and take us to the correct location.

A bright and happy atmosphere. Some one able to greet me and give a friendly hello and welcome. More than enough associates ready and willing to help with whatever you need.

I shop there every two or three months and they always have what I need

Everything was great except, we were purchasing a lot of wood to build a deck and not one associate offered to help load onto the cart or into our truck.

There are always people there to ask for help and they are always nice a very helpful.

This store was very clean and associates were readily available. The only thing I had problems with was that I had gift cards that I wanted to use to make payments on my siding, windows and gutters. Most sales associates had no idea what a "siebel" number was. The just assumed I was trying to make a credit card payment with gift cards which I was not. This was taken care of very quickly by their manager and any problem was solved. Thank you!

WE NEEDED A LOT OF BUILDING SUPPLIES FOR A PROJECT AND THE DELIVERY FOR OUR AREA 3 MILES FROM STORE WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR 3 MORE DAYS BUT OUR CONTRACTOR NEEDED SOME OF THIS MATERIAL SOONER. I VOLUNTEERD TO PICK UP SUPPLIES WITH MY TRAILER. THE ASSOCIATES DENNY AND DALE HELPED US WITH COLLECTING THE PRODUCTS AND ALSO LOADED THEM FOR US WITH A WONDERFUL ATTITUDE. I HAVE NEVER WENT TO THE DEPOT WITHOUT SOMEONE ASKING ME IF I NEEDED HELP LOCATING PRODUCTS. ALWAYS CHEERFUL AND FRIENDLY. THIS STORE IS A NICE ADDITION TO OUR COMMUNITY THANK YOU LARRY S

We purchased a new shower, hot water heater and everything needed to install both today. Barb and Dave were great. They walked us through buying what we would need and even made suggestions on how do make the job easier.

Home Depot has always had what I'm looking for and offers a wide variety at different price points. I usually walk away with something 'not on the list' just because it is such a good price. Associates are always friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Had a question and received immediate curteous help. Passed another who was nice and asked how we were doing. Checking out was busy and another teller promptly opened another register. Things could not have went better for us. Thanks
