This store always the first store I go to buy things for my home repair, remodel, or gardening. If I skipped HomeDepot, Home Depot was again the last store I stop by before heading home, because Home Depot always carry what I look for

Store employees complain when they have to help load heavy items for older folks, isles are cluttered and dirty, some female cashiers act like they are better than the average shopper, too much make-up, this is not a modeling store.

Service was awesome, some employees even smiled. They helped me find what i wanted even when they were clearly busy. Was clean and neat in the bathrooms too. Items I was looking for were fully stocked! Will be coming back!

Big box stores' staffs typically don't have a clue about how to help customers. This Home Depot seems to magically attract excellent employees who care about customers ... as if they were working in an old-fashioned neighborhood hardware store!

Pre-shop online before setting foot into the store. Their employees will give you the wrong section for a specific part. Going online will give you the specific isle marker to go to for the part you need. Well, if they have it in stock.

These guys have been in our area the longest and they are still my favorite Home Depot store.

Had a great experience at this store today due to Susan in the garden center's help. I will definitely make another trek down to this store instead of the ones by me.

Just about anything I need for my home and the surrounding area is available at Home Dept. and if it is not at this particular store, they will make sure they get it for you. Also, THEY HONOR US VETERANS!!!

as a contractor I utilize the pro desk very often, in comparison to other stores I have frequented this store is by far my number one. I will drive out of my way to go here any day.

Quick service and efficient pick up under a hooded area while rain and storm could have damaged the products we loaded. Service was pleasant and quick. This is my main store in the area.

I absolutely LOVE this store! The employees are just SO helpful and great at suggesting solutions to problems. When I come here it feels more like I am talking to neighbors or friends. I always find what I need at this store.

The employees work collectively to ensure each customer gets the needed assistance. Once you ask for assistance, the employees start a chain-reaction with each other until a person is identified to assist. Then i noticed they follow up to make sure the customers got the assistance they asked for.

I've shopped this store for over 10 years, and can honestly say that the store, and Home Depot overall have gone downhill. Is the store clean & orderly? Mostly. Do I care? Somewhat... I'm in a warehouse to buy home improvement materials. What's important to me is a good selection and many choices which give me greater flexibility in design choices. As time goes on, Home Depot has lost it's "Big Hardware Store" feeling and has succumbed to the bean counters. Selections and choices are limited. If an item doesn't sell well in 90 day forecast, it's gone. No sense of responsibility to the customer. The last straw for me was when Home Depot installed the "Big Brother Monitors" in many of the aisles. "DING DONG! DING DONG! We're Watching you!" I get it... shoplifting is a big loss for major retailers. So now there's cameras overhead, "loss prevention" agents wandering the floor, and now the obnoxious blaring of clarions, often very startling if you're there early in the morning. Still trying to wake up you have a cup of cheap coffee in a Styrofoam cup from the entry of the store... Bleary-eyed, you reach for the #2 Phillips bit attachment you need for those projects you have to complete today, and just as you lift the blister pack from the hook, "DING DONG! DING DONG!" Coffee goes everywhere, you drop the bits, and jump back like a scalded cat! Ok, maybe that's a bit overboard, but really Home Depot? To make matters even worse, a little picture in picture appears, showing the hapless store employee who's job it is to stare at you to make sure nothing makes it's way into your pockets. I've always made my living honestly, and based on trust with my customers. Sorry Home Depot, I will not enter your stores again as I am lucky enough to live near several lumber yards. I'd rather pay a little more to establishments who value and trust me as a customer, and don't attack me with "DING DONG!" every time I walk past a screw driver or Shark Bite fitting! I doubt this will make it past the censors, but if it does, please explore alternatives... Home Depot is the biggest home improvement store, but they do not value your privacy, and certainly don't trust you; sadly anymore it's Just. About. The. Money.
