This store ordered the wrong carpet, as I showed them my sample, they had me sign for it. Upon installation I took pictures showing our sample they physically saw to enter and they refuse to replace it because I signed. I was never asked to confirm the color, nor was so given a receipt. I trusted that the employee entered it as they were looking at the physical sample, yet they won’t do anything to rectify the situation. Now I’m stuck with white carpet. They sited I should have made sure they typed it correctly, and I, the customer should have caught their mistake.

I came in shopping for a couple of projects one day, the biggest being a dishwasher. I had no idea what I was looking for other than I was tired of doing dishes by hand and wanting to upgrade. I probably spent 45 minutes with Dale Garmon, an Appliance Specialist, looking at every option on the showroom floor. He gave me pros and cons of everything along with his personal opinions of certain brands as he had been an appliance repairman. After I made my selection, he briefly walked me through every step of installation. I needed to install this dishwasher where I did not have an existing. He not only ordered all of the accessories I would need to do the install but also went and found parts that I would need to complete it. I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service that he offered. At the end he gave me his card and told me if there was ever any question about install or the appliance itself he would do his best to give me the best answer possible. This is why I shop at Home Depot.

Any time I need a little something for my home I like to go here first. They usually have what I need at a fair price. This time I needed insulated covers for my hose bibs. Thank you Home Depot

Through the years, I've ordered countless custom kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc. The ordering system seems to work flawlessly and with very high-level communications. Then, the delivery process is always smooth and with excellent customer care. Finally, when I have Home Depot arrange for installation contractors, those processes are very smoothly coordinated, as well. I couldn't be more impressed.

I bought this out of necessity however the sales person was extremely help in suggesting what we needed. He walk us through every step. We had no surprises. A good shopping experience.

I bought this item two days ago.

I lost everything in the Almeda Fire in the Medford/Ashland area on 9/8/20. I bought a truck and 26 ft. camper and traveled the west for a year before buying a home in Vale, OR. The Ontario Home Depot has been great in fulfilling all my needs for my new home. Been here 4 years now!

Very nice, great Halloween lawn decorations, even up to $400 area.

I have spent quite a bit of money here at this store this month, and we usually find what we need and enjoy coming here.

I shop at store #4025 often. The service has improved and there is plenty of staff to help with my shopping needs.

I spent near an hour waiting in line at the customer pickup line. One clerk on duty and An average of six people in line with me. Many just gave up and left!!! The lady clearking worked her tail off to accomidate as best she could. She called management atleast three times requesting help!!! NO responce... She tried intercome for any available assistant!!! NO responce!!! She informed me when my turn came around that all of management go into a meeting at the same time and when they do the assosiates all disapear!!! You run a pour store at Ontario, Oregon!!! Wonder why sales are down??? Ya need to fix this soon❗️❗️❗️A -----/ off former customer❗️❗️❗️

Great place to get building supplies. The employees are very helpful and if they don't no the answer then they get another employee to see if they can answer your question. We shop here all the time.

Because the sales person at her station was so helpful I decided to have Home Depot overall my flooring. Thus sales associate was extremely polite and patient!

I bought 30 bags of bark mulch twice in the same day. They were on sale and still received my veterans discount. Mic loaded both sets of bags. I didn't have to touch not a oneand then thanked me for shopping at home depot. Mic is great employee.

Managers Bruce and Mindi, Salesman Mal. All three very good. Helpful from the beginning and to the end for entire purchase and error resolution. The problem was with corporate. I feel confident that they would help, to the best of their ability, anyone I would recommend or direct to them
