I can't believe the amazing service we received at the Ontario Home Depot. Malcolm in the appliance department went above and beyond to help us recieve the best prices for the best appliances.

Found what we needed with a little help. Easy self checkout. Plenty of staff around to ask questions. Very friendly.

I have been Shopping at Ontario store for year and will continue to make my store of choice because of the great friendly store workers.

We Love the Home Depot in Ontario, Oregon. Their employees are always friendly and very helpful, every time we stop there. Can't wait to go again, The Oelke Family

unfortunately, the store had no inventory on hand and therefore, would have to buy an appliance and then wait for delivery, with a charge, of course...i shopped to buy, pick up, and take home not wait for a delivery...with no inventory and only floor models, pretty much not happening.

If you are looking in wanting to purchase appliances ask for Bailey Beemer your experience will be exceptional. She is great!!!

I purchase a lot of building material from this store and more than once, customer service staff have canceled items on my order thinking they are doing me a favor and call me after cancelling the items and clearly not understanding the order. I then have to go back to the store and place the order again to get my material.

I am often at this location of Home Depot. I am always in the middle of a project. The store is often quite busy with customers. It has been my experience on MANY occasions to have help given by the employees at this location that I need.

Always has everything I'm looking for, and the staff are super friendly. In the rare event that they don't have what I need in stocks, I'm always able to order it in and it gets done quick

This store location had exactly what I needed and was in and out in about ten minutes. J.G. is Ai was my check out person and his positive energy was awesome. In the minute or so it took to check out he had inspired me enough to right this review and give back to him for his gentle kindness. He is an asset to this store and company. great store and excellent service

Every time I’ve been in this store multiple people have asked if I need help. I’ve been offered help unloading returns and help to load big stuff. David one of the managers went way above and beyond when no other store would. I drive past two other Home Depot’s to get to this one because every time I’ve had a problem or needed a common sense approach to customer services this store has been there. David makes a big box store feel like your neighborhood hardware store. Can’t say enough good things. Jason and Myra at the prodesk also go way above and beyond.
