I really enjoy shopping at this location, I always get good customer service from knowledgeable staff, the products I need are usually available to purchase and if I buy the wrong product for a job,returns are easy and hassle free. I have also ordered online and had products shipped to store for pickup, on items not stocked in store, products arrive in a timely fashion and an associate calls to let me know they are available to pick up.

This is a small store compared to the Boise area but they are always helpful and check the other stores if the item is something we need to find. The associates seem to know just about all the areas in the place and have given us some very helpful suggestions when we have a problem.

We have always felt welcome at the Ontario Home Depot store...employees are always so very helpful and friendly...and have gone out of their way to get us what we need. We have made many large and small purchases there because we feel so welcome by the staff and the products are quality name brands...tools and appliances...flooring...and lawnmowers...we have bought it all..and will continue to shop there for many years to come!!

This store is comparable in quality, price and item availability to larger stores such as those located in Boise. For persons living in Weiser, Idaho, it is actually more convenient to get to plus you save with not having to pay sales tax in Oregon. They also provide you a printed receipt as well as send you one in your E-Mail.

I have always found that the employees at this location were always helpful. My husband would often ask questions and they were always answered. Now I am finding that I have to do home repairs since my husbands passing. I depend on the employees to give me proper guidance so that I can get the job done right the first time. I am very grateful for everyone's assistance in assisting me with keeping my home in prime condition.

Maurio C was the best salesperson and helper I have ever gotten in this store EVER!!! Hats off to this young man.

We had a great experience with the Ontario, Oregon Home Depot store! We love shopping there and Brandy in Flooring was EXCELLENT to work with. She helped us from the beginning of picking out our carpet all the way through to ordering what we wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and was very friendly. Thank you Brandy!!

customer service rocked, a wide variety of products. Even allows you to special order. Place was great. However, recommend that you read all specs on what you are purchasing. Got a little lazy by the end of visit and asked if shingles came with my shed kit and was told they "should". On the way home was reading the specs and it states they are sold separately. My fault for not double checking before I left and theirs because they lost out on $$. Other then that my visit was wonderful and the employees were so helpful with everything. One that stood out for us was Cheryl, she was so helpful and made our visit more enjoyable and less stressful.

Home Depot in Ontario, OR has friendly, helpful staff to answer your questions. The checkout lines are run efficiently and someone is always available to help load your purchases if needed. Being an older lady this service helps a lot when I purchase larger items.

I order on phone so sorry said that wasn't satisfyed not what I meant the guy I felt with on the phone was great and again I'm sorry thAnkyou Selena Kellar rate this store a 10

This particular Home Depot has always trained their staff to be some of the best in the Home Depot family and I always appreciate the service I receive when shopping here at the Home Depot in Ontario...

They have everything you could need, either in store or online. Friendly sales people and nice atmosphere.

My husband and I love this store. The employees at this store are always courteous and helpful. The store is well organized and products are usually easy to find. The garden center is absolutely my favorite part of the store. The staff out there are absolutely amazing. I really like Joy she is always ready to help and suggest products if you are looking for something specific she will know what to show you or tell you where it can be found. Love this store.
