I like the fact that the Ontario store was open at 6 am on Friday morning with all hands on deck. Great customer service. I was in and out of the store with 3/4 ton of cement in about 20 minutes.

The store had everything we needed to repair our leaking water line. The frost free hydrant was about 25 less than the local farm supply store.

H.D. is a large store, well laid out, with excellent inventory. (if they dont have it, it isnt available in our area.) the engineers are great about helping an old duffer like me figure cu.yds. ; correct materials; and many helpful construction tips.my wife or i take our six year old grandson to the youth work shops;he and grandma really enjoy them. all told home depot is a valuable asset to our community.

I appreciate the knowledge of the associates and their willingness to help

Pricing was not present on product that upon my request to cashier, I received a fair price and made my purchase.

GREAT HELP WITH RETURNING SOMETHING THE PRODUCER OF THE PRODUCT AND TOOK THE ISSUE IN HAND AND FIXED OUR PROBLEM AND HANDLED IT THEMSELVES; MUCH APPRECIATED

I was way out of my comfort zone with selecting flooring to redo my entire home, and Christy B in flooring stepped in and guided me through the entire process, while finding me every discount for savings that were available. Will be returning to Home Depot many times.

Was extremely happy with my experience at Home Depot. I found everything that I needed for my complete Bathroom makeover.

Every time I go into the store I am greeted with such enthusiasted staff. They are always polite and helpful. They teach me about the products I buy.

Home Depot is my second home now that I am a home owner.

everything was okay with this store except for associate availability

The Ontario store was very helpful today and every time we shop there. Quality people work there and we have shopped there for appliances, building materials for our barn, paint and gardening supplies and currently we are working on a cedar fence for our yard. Very proud to shop at Home Depot and we always recommend it to others.

An associate from another department helped me out with a plumbing nightmare. (Plumbing wasn't covered by an associate.) He found all the parts I needed to install a laundry sink into a standpipe. He had a great sense of humor and I will look for him the next time I have a project!

It's okay for the location could have better products

The store was just a store nothing special, until we received help from your associate Stephanie. nothing but praise for her, her product knowledge, her personality, and her recommendations as we disused my project at hand were fantastic. I would recommend having her train all of your associates on how to provide excellent customer service to valuable store patronse.

I came into store to inquire about carpet and install. Judy was very helpful in getting my measuring order put in and gave suggestions for carpet and pad for our upstairs. After the measure, we came back to Home Depot to order the carpet. Judy remembered me and everything that we had discussed a week prior! She should be the role model for Customer Service representatives everywhere and knows her job well. I didn't have to wait, while she figured out how to order my items on the computer. (I've had other orders that took forever while the associate figured out how to do the ordering.) I can only hope that the carpet install goes as well as the ordering. Thank you Judy!

I went into Home Depot today because my water heater exploded! I was extremely fortunate to have Michelle in plumbing help me out. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she was very kind as well. Michelle made a bad situation much much better. Even Maria who checked me out of the store was positive and made me smile. thank you for employing such amazing people! you just earned a customer for life! :)

Everything about my visit to the store was pleasant. The ease in finding someone to assist me in the department I was in. The helpful direction and assistance in where the next item I was looking for. The ease in checkout even through a self checkout, with the prompt assistance of an associate. Overall, the experience made my visit worth the drive. I will return to the store again.

I always know where to find the items I want. Or if I can't there is always an associate ready & willing to help or even suggest alternitives.

The return department did a fantastic job at discovering faucet part number and replacement product despite the fact I had very damage receipt. Both associates in return department and in plumbing department worked seamlessly in processing my return item and replacement. A+ customer service at the Ontario Store is always paramount to my returning to any store. I will gladly return to this store.

We have always had great help at this location, but it would be great if the store were bigger to display more of your available stock such as cabinets, appliances, etc. We finished our whole new house with product from your store, but had to see much of it at bigger stores further away.

THE SORE WAS CLEAN, HAD SOME TROUBLE FINDING ITEMS AND SOME WERE OUT OF STOCK BUT THEY CAME WITHIN A WEEK.

Deanna, Traci, and Christeen were a joy to deal with. Deanna especially is a great asset to this store with her helpfulness, not only to customers, but to training Traci. I was impressed with both of them, and enjoyed the interaction. Christeen was very cheerful and knew her job well. Easy checkout, and she made it fun!

I was measuring a house for an appraisal and my tape measure broke. I had to get a replacement quick because I had another appointment. Ran into the store, straight to the tools section. An associate asked if she could help me find something and I said I needed a tape measure. She took me down the isle to where they were. Very helpful and friendly. Got to the next appointment only 3 minutes late! I would have made it but there were 3 options for the wide-blade, 35' tape measure I wanted and I had to consider which one I wanted. Never had but one choice before. Thanks!!

I purchased a product on-line where I was told the item was not available in the Ontario Store. When getting to the store I found the item and a store associate helped me get the item at the store and cancel the on-line order. The whole experience was a little time consuming but overall a great experience.

I told the associate I needed to corral my fabric stash. He asked a few questions about assembled vs. not assembled, size, etc. He showed me several options and I settled on a tall cabinet with extra shelves and a door. The price was very reasonable and I purchased 3 of them. I was able to empty 8 large plastic bins of fabric. I basically made mini bolts by putting the fabric on comic book backer boards and stacking them vertically on the shelves. I have my own mini fabric store!!! It was absolutely perfect. My crafting life life is so much more organized! Thank you Home Depot!!

This store is very friendly and always smiling . The staffs know their products and is always wanted to help you. Using the aps makes shopping very easy. You can walk right to it and you'll know if the products are available without wasting your time.

I went in with a big list of items I needed to purchase. My husband recently had surgery and was on crutches so I was expecting to do a lot of the lifting. We went to the store at a time that I was hoping would be less busy and we could get some help. I entered the store with my husband hobbling behind and Selena if I could get some help--she called for 2 associates that came and got carts. We got 3 toilets, 2 tubs/surrounds, vanity, flooring, and these guys did all the lifting. They also told me I could save 10% by applying for the credit card. I took all one particular flooring packages and needed some more and Dave got the lift to get more down from 15 feet above. Jodi and Jonathon made the check out easy while Cody and Renisha packed everything into our trailer and truck. Thank you so much!!! I couldn't have done it without these awesome associates!!!

I was pleased to find that the associate was very well informed on how to use the product I was buying, Even had ideas on how to use it. When I went to check out the associate was very helpful on how to use my new credit card with the chip. I noticed her name was Joanne.
