If you are getting paint pay attention. I got the wrong color. I should have looked at the dot on top, so I guess on some level it is my fault. They pulled up the color I got last time, and I asked for two more gallons of the same thing. Not even close. I only did not give 1 star because of the friendly and helpful staff at the store.

We bought a John Deere from Orange city location but unfortunately they sent the mower from another location in Oviedo Florida, It had missing parts , Rusted under hood and a lot of visible scratches,

I purchased a propane grill, one in a box to be assembled for me. I returned to the store to pick it up and when I got it home in the sunlight, I noticed that there were chips in the finish and Home Depot staff it seems tried to cover it up with a black felt tip marking pen. There were other chips and rust spots--even ones next to inspection "Pass" stickers.

I have been shopping at this local Home Depot for yers including home delivery, always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. I also find the store to always been well stocked with any item I may be shopping for, good staff, good people.

I spoke to an employee at the store. They are professional and took care of my problem right away.

The store was well organizes and clean. Multiple people helped me find exactly what I needed. But the checkout guy was very friendly and asked if I needed help to my truck, plus he had a great personalty. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves the compliments I would like to leave him with. I appreciate your chance to remark on your store

I had bought baseboards and I needed help, and there was nobody around so it was upsetting.

I placed an online order. Communication regarding the status was exceptional. In store customer service was excellent

I had a problem with my initial order, ripped bags of mulch that was loaded onto my truck. Didn’t realize it until I got home.When I complained, the operations manager went Above & Beyond to correct the problem. I thank you for that.

We live 1 mine from 2 other hard ware stores and choose to drive the 15 minutes to come to Home Depot because they always seem to have what we are looking for and when we ask for help we aren’t made to feel as an inconvenience!

Every time I visit Home Depot Orange City, it is always the ideal retail experience. The employees actually give a darn, they're extremely knowledgeable, they're flexible if there's some wacky, oddball request and they just get it right. Every.Single.Time. Kudos to Home Depot Orange City, you rock.

20 years ago, 2 of my children started out their working carriers at Home Depot. The store was very professional, clean & organized. Having to pick up our kids almost every day for 2 years, we got to see the intimate working of the store. Now, the store is cluttered, & many holes in the shelves where stock should be. Main isle was so cluttered it looked like a market in Tijuana. So many flat carts were in the parking lot, we had to drive to the left because they occluded the driveway. There were 3 carts in the cart stall as you enter the store. Finally, heaven forbid you have a question. Almost no staff! This visit was at 3 pm. You should fire the managers and start from scratch. The only reason I shop at HD and put up with it is the 10% military discount. Shameful!

Makes an enjoyable experience of both my shopping and my Spark pick-up and delivery excursions from The Orange City Home Depot.Thank you kindly for your excellence!!

As explained earlier, I wish Home Depot would reinstate the 10% discount on lumber to the Veterans. Home Depot gives more then that to the pro.

I needed to make an expensive purchase for a home remodel and the lady who help me at the service desk made it a pleasure. She had me double check the order and made it fun and entertaining while I waited. Truly a pleasure.

My purchase had an offer and at the service counter a young lady adjusted my free item with no hesitation and thanks.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable. Helped me find the item I was looking for with little to no wait. The store looked well organized. And they had everything I needed.

Had Home Depot install our entire house with flooring and was worst experience when material failed and Home Depot would not stand by their warranties!!!

We went to the same Home Depot for 23 yrs (Brandon,Fl), Moved to Orange City in November of 2024 and the very first time in the Orange City Home Depot I received GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (even wrote a very positive riew). We have not had a single negitive experience at this location, we are always greeted by store employees if they are not already engaged with other customers, I have not met an employee who is not eager to lend assistance or to answer a question of where a product might be. Having just recently purchased a home in Orange City, I required some help ordering home improvement/upgrade items that required ordering and delivery, I had no problems finding someone to sit down at a computer help me get the items I needed ordered and arrange delivery for me. The employee made it so smooth and easy to accomplish what I needed it was such a relief to have such great customer service. We love the Orange City area and we love this Home Depot!

Enid Pierce was the employee who helped us throughout our entire process in the Orange City store. She helped us with purchasing a washer and dryer. We also purchased a drill in another department which she happen to be walking through and she helped us get it and ring us out once again. Thank you for such great customer service. It really made that experience so nice for my husband and I. We will be back. :)

I have not yet received the appliances but I can say Kaitlyn was amazing!!!! She was very patient I didn’t feel rushed and felt super happy with our purchase in the end! She was informative and will honestly be back as we just bought a home and need other things I will make sure she’s in lol loved her 🥰

Mayra help me order merchandise on line because the store had none in stock. Marya said have a happy Holiday and thanked me for my military service then gave me a hug which seemed very nice. Oh ... just one other thing the Christmas Trees are very expensive. I'll be back .
