Visit your store 3-4 times week, this week I injured my knee. Colton one of your associates came up to me asked if I needed assistance. He pushed the cart 600lbs concrete, to the register, loaded my truck. Cant say enough good things about this young man. Helped me, was very polite. Look forward to seeing him again

I couldn't believe I went to buy a toilet I'm handicapped the life of me I couldn't find an orange vest anywhere I find one in appliances he's trying to help me in plumbing/toilet he didn't know much and was very snooty in the way he replied to me I'm going to be nice, then they sent over some guy that was supposed to know plumbing because the plumber wasn't back from lunch yet and he wasn't sure what I needed the only reason I went to the physical store because I'm handicapped was to get the right toilet in the right hardware to finish my project I literally would have been better off googling it and finding the sizes and buy them one of each I think there was 3/8 and 7/8 anyway that guy was clueless, when I picked out the toilet I wanted they called a woman to move it the kid they greeted me when I pulled up my truck and got me your electric cart came with the flat cart that young man and the woman walk me all the way to the register then the woman left the young man almost put the toilet in my truck and came back to the double doors and we laughed about it I told him put it in the truck I'll give you a big tip 🤪 but your employees stuck firm to his guns. In my opinion this is the exception not the rule at this location.. I'd like to give a shout out to that young man that got me the electric cart and the.WOMAN that helped get the toilet down without dropping and smashing it. I wish I would have got both of their names they deserve a pat on the back . I needed professionals to make sure I got the right toilet and the right parts that's why I went to the store I could have ordered it online got it cheaper than what I paid for it got it shipped to my house and brought it to my house next day but I wasn't sure of the size I should have bought the parts for both sizes and return to the ones I didn't use it would have been less of a headache in 95° heat

I received excellent service from the moment I entered the store to checkout thanks to the assistance of an Associate named Enid. She assisted me with helping find exactly what I needed and completing the checkout as well. Simply an awesome experience!!

Easy to find things especially if you have the App

I want to report a deeply disappointing experience with Supervisor Michael at Home Depot. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and even tried to provoke my husband by insulting me. On top of that, one of his employees lied to us, claiming the express checkout didn't accept cash, which we later found out wasn't true. Michael, who was in a wheelchair, showed complete disrespect toward us as customers. I can’t understand how someone with such a lack of professionalism is allowed to represent Home Depot. His behavior was shocking, and I regret not being able to record it. He went as far as cussing at me and provoking my husband simply because I asked for his supervisor’s name, after also providing incorrect information about a product price.

We very often shop there for our house and property needs. Last week I forgot to pack out some stuffs in my truck and left in the parking lot area. We came home and realized that we forgot to load some thing and left it in the parking lot. My wife called the customer service and explained the issue. Few hours later the customer service representative called us to pick up the items we left behind. Now we love more to shop there with confidence.

Unhelpful, scarcely found aisle help. Manager is MIA and NEVER available for feedback from customers. Store is dirty, disorganized, poorly stocked, a general disgrace!

Courteous and helpful employees who know their store’s aisles. Pleasant atmosphere, clean, and floors cleared of items that may have been on the floor earlier.

Want in to HD at 2:30 on Thursday afternoon to get some paint. During my visit I was a]reached by a woman who barely spoke English... I think she was selling A/C. Saw several employees milling around chatting with each other. Took 10 minutes for someone to show up in the otherwise empty paint department. Fella was good at his job. Not impressed with the store overall.

Don’t by windows here if you need them un damaged and Or replaced in a hurry. They say it’s the supplier fault. I asked if they manage the supplier . They look at you like you’re joking…! I asked them to get with corporate and or the supplier to expedite it. Nothing happens and I am sitting on a property flip for 5 weeks now. Waiting for a replacement.

Surprisingly good selection of moving supplies at good prices. The only item they do not carry that I needed was water activated, reinforced paper tape.

I had a lot of returning because that guy had me purchase the wrong stuff and your girl that works by the door was great and friendly plus understanding and then because I didn’t need the other filter yesterday another lady was also very friendly and understanding

I have been shopping at this store almost daily since establishing my home improvement business. Very organized and almost always stocked with supplies I need. Affordable pricing on paint and tools. Staff is friendly. I shop at home depots throughout all of central fl but the orange city store is by far my favorite

This store is a standout among its peers! The selection and prices stand up to the quality of products it offers. That isn’t the best part, the customer service is outstanding! The Assistant Manager, William, is gracious and so helpful, the guest service team at the front were so kind and helpful too. Do yourself a favor and shop here!

Helped by a very nice gentleman named William. He helped us pick out some appliances for our home and even put together a quote for us. He was always available while we were debating between appliances, and ready to answer any questions. We never felt rushed or ignored. I would definitely recommend this Home Depot. I bought some plant saucers that were an awesome price and I will buy more as soon as they are back in stock. The staff was great. I also bought some pavers that were on sale. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience and will go back.

This store is very friendly, everyone should be like that

On 3 separate occasions I have left this parking lot with either a screw or nail in my tire! At $35 per tire patch, this is very frustrating! Perhaps they should have a construction parking and separate homeowner parking lot.

I have a big project requiring about 200' of 1&1/2" PVC pipe. I shopped around and found that the price of PVC pipe has gone up like crazy from a few years ago. I found the best price at Home Depot which, believe it or not, was half the price of anywhere else. ($10.86 for 5 feet at most places and online). But at Home Depot the price was $12.78 for 10 feet. Plus it was only $10.22 IF you bought 10 lengths. So I paid less that half the price at Home Depot. The guy in the plumbing department was very helpful and then the lady at checkout advised me to take out a credit card (no yearly fee) which gave me $25 off. Plus, she saw on my Drivers License that I was a veteran and she gave me 10% off of my total price. So shopping at Home Depot was a great experience for me and I saved a lot of money.

I bought a $550 electric hot water and got a $1200 install fee and told me they needed a permit. I called county they told me same wattage no permit needed. So I was also lied too.

We had a GREAT experience at Home Depot in Orange City, dealing with staff in Millworks, Paint Dept., and cashier too. Everyone was so personable, knowledgable and helpful to us. Thank you for making us feel at home and like we know what we are doing, Millworks. LOL.
