Good clean courtesy employees

Was shopping in the Orange City Home Depot just before Thanksgiving. It was a madhouse, but through it all, Carla was extremely helpful and informative. Saved me $50 with her advice and the product she recommender worked as promised. Carla is extraordinary!

I just love this place!

Iam happy with cashier Liamar, I could not find my credit card at checkout and she told me about Home Depot credit card, she helped me apply, I got approved and was able to take my purchase home, not needing to do another trip

Maria was absolutely amazing! She was super knowledgeable about everything I needed. I won't go anywhere else. And it I need help, I'll be sure to find Maria.

It is always a pleasure to shop at the Orange City Store. Staff is friendly, helpful, store is always clean, organized and generally always has what I am shopping for.

This location and maybe Home Depots across the board, has increased their focus on the customer service experience. So much better than a few years back.

Bought a John Deere Riding mower that had to be returned within 3 hours of purchase due to a malfunction. The only other equivalent product appeared to have been sitting outside for quite some time as it was sun faded and did not appear brand new however, the customer service was beyond exceptional. We very much appreciated that breath of fresh air. The quality of the product is the only reason for the 3 stars. If it were only about the customer service, it would definitely be 5 stars.

Chad in the paint department is wonderful! He is so knowledgeable and helpful. Great asset to the company. He is always pleasant and has a nice smile.

I always like to visit the orange city store employees are always helpful and the store is very clean and organized.

They all look like zombies at this store and you can NEVER find an associate to assist , and if you do they have no idea where certain products are or they seem uncomfortable assisting…

This employee goes over and beyond to provide great customer service. Unlike some of others there who will lie to get out of doing there job, and then smile

I am a former military officer and always expected the best from my men and women. The Home Depot team went above and beyond to make it right where Ryobi failed. This Home Depot store is the best.

I went to purchase a battery for my generator. Brought old battery for core. Manager in customer service after telling me she didn't know how to do it attempts to charge me a core charge and tell me that is the fee for taking the battery. After showing he and he supervisor they was wrong they became very rude and sarcastic. After telling me they would just take the money off other items instead of the removing the core charge. The Manager said you need a receipt to get your core charge.

If you are in the market for new appliances I cannot recommend Tony enough!! He is so friendly, funny, and knowledgable. Tony makes you feel like family and helped us find a kitchenaid for a reasonable price! We would recommend Tony to any family and/or friends!

We are remodeling an entire house and Home depot is our go to. Everything we have needed, we are so thankful, employees are so helpful.

Employees are very nice at this store. Always helpful and always greet you with a smile!

Every time I go to the store it is very difficult to find help The cashier the the friendliest and most helpful

Went to store and had nothing but excellent service. Diego at the register was super friendly and helped me with all my questions. He is a big asset to the company. Kudos to him!

Associate didn’t hear me because he was busy socializing, then I had dirt blown in my face by two associates in the garden area. I felt like I was just in the way and they wanted me to leave so they could finish blowing so I walked away and the lady came to my area and once again blew dirt into my face. I’m not shopping here again.
