Store continues to improve on appearance, in stock position and employee knowledge.

We had a really great experience buying our Christmas tree here. We usually go to a farm, but ran out of time this year. Duval helped us pick a great tree, trimmed it and tied it to our car. Would definitely go back for the next tree, or anything in between!

I found the isles clearly marked, and found a number of associates with ease, that could help me if I needed it. It was bustling before this Holiday, and they had plenty of stock within the store.

PATRICK WHOM WORKS AT THIS LOCATION ASISTED US FROM BEGINNINGBEGINNING ALL THE WAY TO LOADING UP THE EQUIPMENT. We where in and out in under 30min with the right equipment and a savings .thank patrick

I did a total remodel for two bathrooms in my home and this stores employees went above and beyond in helping me with everything needed from purchases to delivery . I am very pleased with my Home Depot purchases and shopping experience.

I go to this store atleast once a month and the staff is very helpful compare to Lowes.

I love this store! I've never had anything else but the most perfectly professional and happy service, with real interest in what I'm trying to get done, good ideas and support that "YOU CAN DO IT!!" :) It feels as much like a group of friends who are experts there, as a store. From the greetings at the door to the checkout staff, never anything but wonderful!

Luisa cashier was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the product i came in for. Did not have to wait in line the cashier called me over to the self check out and was very helpful and courtesy.

The store was stocked well and the employee (Duval) was the best.

As a first time buyer of an indoor plant, I wasn't sure where to begin my search. I had great assistance from an employee, Duvall. He was extremely friendly and approachable and answered all of my questions. He also gave me some tips of his own on how to select the right plant, how to pot, and how to make sure the plant remains alive and thriving. He was so helpful and I walked away with everything I needed.

Peggy in the Kitchen Design Dept is very professional, knowledgeable and does not try to oversell. She was a pleasure to work with.

Jason Chess and Greg Gause were both extremely helpful and courteous

Husky Work Horse was a great value at $39 great for Dewalt DW715 and can screw down plywood to increase platform

Flooring specialist was most helpful in assisting us for a new carpet in a large family room which has a pool table and piano. We were concerned about cost and ease of doing such a big job. Everything went smoothly from selection of carpet to the pricing of the installation. Very competent employee. Our worst fears were handled professionally.

After moving to the area a few weeks ago, I have visited three different Home Depots, this was by far the best one in the area. At that, this is the best one I have ever used to include in California where I moved from. Highly recommend using this store, and will say that I will always use this store.

A quick in and out from this clean and organized store. Used self checkout with no issues. Assistant offered help in a kind manner of which none was required.

Every time I've come into this particular Home Depot, the associates are super helpful, and they are always willing to answer questions and assist you in achieving your goals.

I had a variety of small items to purchase and needed some plant guidance from a Garden salesperson. I received it and he was very pleasant. I would choose this store over others such as the HD in East Haven or the Lowe's in North Haven, both of which are much closer to me in my neighborhood in New Haven. I like to shop at Trader Joe's in Milford weekly and when I do, beforehand I go to the Orange HD for garden stuff as needed...I find that the store is well kept, esp compared to East Haven, which often doesn't have prices up and looks somewhat disheveled a lot of the time. In reference to frequency of visit below, I visit more often than monthly but less often than weekly.

I shop at this store at least weekly, especially during the spring, summer, and fall. It is convenient, well organized, has helpful associates if you need them, great products and availability, good prices and a good return policy if that should be needed.

My experience at this location was excellent! I have been to other HD locations and have satisfactory help. However, this location was best by far!
