You have a great crew there I had to stop multiple departments and I got help with a smile in every Department hang on to them I only got the cashier's name Lenny she was excellent I wish I'd gotten everyone else's name because they were all equally excellent

Home Depot has improved their customer service tremendously! The employees greeted me and offered assistance throughout the store! It was a very pleasant shopping experience!

I've purchased appliances at Home Depot, filters for my HVAC unit, paint, light bulbs and so many other items and NOT ONCE did I have a complaint. Employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and courteous. Lenny at the checkout asked if I found everything I needed! Great customer service!

Aside from purchasing an area rug (after comparison shopping at other retailers), I also bought the Waterpik PowerPulse SideWinder Drencher therapeutic strength massage showerhead. It was easy to install and performs as indicated. Excellent water pressure.

We found most of what we were looking for thanks to the many kind employees who helped us with the blackout curtains when we thought we would just get roll down shades and the curtains will be even nicer in our guest room.

I knew what I was planning to buy in advance, LG stackable washer/dryer. I checked all of the big box stores for sales and promotions, the reason I came back to Home Depot was because I had actually spoken to a few salespeople and they took the time to answer my questions and didn’t PUSH a sale. They were actually familiar with the product!

Came in to do an exchange , process took all of 30 seconds, with my store credit got keys made which Lenny made easy by marking each key with building and # then proceeded to assist in checking out with a store credit. Appreciate the help and speed of everyone there!

Lumber department ripped 4x8 3/4 birch plywood for me, very accurately, no wait. Great plywood. Also popular boards good quality.

Jeffrey was very helpful when I needed 30 kitchen knobs (2 different styles) and didnt stop searching the bins until he found what I needed

I met two employees who were normal human people that tried to be helpful. I also met two who weren’t the least interested in helping despite being free and were incredibly rude such that I almost left without anything. The associate who saw was kind and apologetic but it’s shocking to allow anyone that overtly rude who just says “no I can’t help you” and makes you feel like your very basic question about a screw is bothering them to be on the floor.

I bought a couple Drills from the store the return people were friendly and gave me a refund.
