Lst night I was at the Home Depot in Orange, CT and I could not locate the specific item I was looking for. There were two young men working in the garden department, and they both were extremely helpful, kind and polite! They are wonderful employees!

I was looking for a dehumidifier and an employee named Sandy who was headed out the door saw the look on my face and asked me if she could help me. She brought me to where the dehumidifiers were and explained which ones were on sale. I explained to her that I had recently had surgery and couldn't lift anything over 20 pounds. She went and got a cart for me put it in my car and explain to me that someone up front would bring it out to my car. All this from an employee who was headed out the door with her jacket on.

My pick up items were lost, and the only helpful employee was Alisha! She has great customer service!

My Home Depot sales associate Nick helped me 08-31-2023 and helped me review options and make a decision on a lawn mower. He made the experience efficient and actually a pleasure. I tried three other local stores I am glad I saved the best for last.

I always receive a friendly greeting when I shop. I have bought all of my appliances from this store due to their staff and how they have treated me every time I go there.

young lady named Lenny went out of her way to correct an item that was mislabeled and then referred me to another employee who adjusted my charge. all done with a smile.

I shop at Home Depot's throughout the United States. Usually it is to purchase something related to retail store remodels, hardware and such. I had multiple quanties of item and was at the self checkouts. The individual working in that area, Melanie Jackson, rushed over to help me do multiples instead of individual quantities. My main reason to shop at Home Depot is because of the variety of selections to purchase. Right up there is the workers at Hope Depot. Outstanding no matter where I am in America.

It seems every automatic cashier was malfunctioning and that is all they had. There were THREE + employees just helping people check out because of the problems. Get some HUMAN cashiers and ditch the machines.

If you can get Lenny to help you, your shopping experience will be more pleasant.

I always have a great experience at the Orange CT store, even when I have to return something. The employees seem to enjoy their jobs they are pleasant and helpful.

Lenny was by far the best cashier / Customer service associate at any other Home Depot, she was attentive and offered assistance upon arriving at the register.

The employees go out of there way to help you. Questions, suggestions, and finding items.

Edna and Val are truly good at their jobs.They value my time as a contractor. They will go above and beyond to make sure we get in and out as quickly as possible.
