Orland Park Home Depot has outstanding service and supplies and Great Customer Service. I highly recommend this location.

Was looking for a dehumidifier and a filter for the house The employees I talked to knew exactly where each item was stored. I passed two other Home Depot stores because these employees were so nice.

This store is always clean and associates are very helpful. You also don't have to go on a treasure hunt trying to find someone to help you, as I've had to do in similar stores.

I was able to find the products I was looking for. The associates were friendly and helpful and I was able to get the assistance I need. Also the store was clean.

I have had two very positive experiences with knowledgeable and friendly salespeople in this store.

When I go, the store is always clean. All associates are always helpful and friendly. I can find the products I need. However, because of COVID, some products can’t be found, no matter where you look. Still, HD is my go-to store.

I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. I ORDERED WOOD FLOORING AND FOR 3 WEEKS GOT THE RUN AROUND AS TO WHY IT HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. FINALLY THEY ADMITTED THE FLOORING WAS DISCONTINUED AND THEY DID NOT HAVE MY ORDER. WHEN I WENT IN FOR THE REFUND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME A SERVICE FEE FOR CANCELLING. I WILL NEVER SHOP THIS STORE AGAIN.

Good place to shop specially for DIY

Don't ask ANYONE from the service desk for help!! Denise is just plain rude with an attitude. Richard won't help you in the aisles because he only works at the service desk! Someone needs to teach the employees about customer service.

People here are friendly but generally useless.

No customer service here. It’s like they want to fight you over buying stuff. Front line employees are friendly but helpless. Managers seem useless.

I was at this particular store 3 days in a row to pick up materials for a project. Each time Megan Knoll was the cashier. I found her to be friendly and helpful.

Great store where most everyone is very helpful. Rose the cashier is absolutely awesome!!! Ed at the Pro Desk can solve every problem imaginable. The service desk girls leave a lot to be desired, but I'm guessing they're not too quick on the draw because they may not have even graduated high school yet. Sorry, but anything more difficult than making a return is met with blank stares. Overall though, this store is one of the best!!

The store employees are very friendly and helpful. Just passing through departments employees said Hi to me. The store is pretty well stocked too.

I'm there a few times per month and I've bought a lot of material over the years. It's one of my favorite places to shop.

Recently purchased an LG refrigerator and would like to comment on the delivery of that item. It was delivered as described by the sales associate Howard, down to the tee. I was notified by email, again at 7:00 am the day of and exactly 28 minutes prior to arrival time at my door. This gave me adequate time to empty my refrigerator and remove hallway rugs. I would like to thank Paul & Dwight for their knowledge, expertise and cleanliness in this delivery. I had a small "hiccup" in that I did not know where the shut off for the water was in my unit, their patience in allowing me to make two phone calls, get the answer and solve the matter in less than 10 minutes, allowed for them to complete the delivery without having to schedule a "service install" call; which during this unforeseen COVID-19 pandemic is greatly appreciated. Thank you again Paul & Dwight, keep up the good work, it did not go unnoticed!

The service was phenomenal and the organization or overall cleanliness of the store was appreciated. The cashier named Cheryl exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond in order to help us.

Bonnie in window treatments is FANTASTIC! She is friendly, knowledgeable, understands what are asking for and what you need, and gives you pointers on what makes something work the best for you in your own home and situation. She took 95% of the stress out of making this purchase. GREAT customer service.
