This store needs to have its employees attend a refresher course on customer service. Starting with the Customer Service Desk - the workers are rude and do not want to work.

From the start this store has been helpful, I am building a new home, and the Pro Dept, has been great. Becky has been wonderful. Prices are very reasonable, compared to other stores, they have plenty of employees to help with your questions,.

I use Home Depot for 90% of my shopping for tools and materials. The associates are friendly, helpfull, and knowledgeable. The few times I had products I didn't use they let me return them. Great place for a small contractor like myself.

Every experience I have had has been pleasant we recently bought about 4000 dollars worth of carpet and it was installed on the day and time it said it would be and the installers did an awesome job so we have been very pleased with all of our experiences with Home Depot thank you.

This past year, my husband and I purchased new appliances during the memorial day sale. There was an issue with the warehouse and their ability to deliver on time. When I came into the store, the gentleman working the dept and the store manager made calls, checked supplies and made sure the delivery was made. What was almost an extra 2 month delay was fixed. These people care about keeping their word, their deliveries, and leaving their customers satisfied.

Kelvin was very knowledgeable about the lawn mower we were looking at, and was helpful in our buying decision. Makenzie at checkout was super nice and saved us $25 by offering to open a Home Depot credit card for us. Very pleased with our experience overall!

I have been patronizing this location for 10 years and the level of assistance and friendliness has always been consistent. The attitude of the associates, cleanliness/ orderliness is a testament to the management at this location. This Homedepot location is by far my favorite of the many locations I visit.
