Tried to return Fiskars lopper that broke. Label says "Lifetime Warranty" Returns cashier "couldn't find it in the system." I'd have to go through the vendor. Vendor's site asked me to send pix, then asked for me to send it back to them. Seriously? Like, I'm running a black market returns scam on broken tools? The old Home Depot would have given me a current model and apologized for the faulty item. Current company really doesn't care anymore.

A new associate to the area her name was Alaska did a great job in assisting me and I had a substantial purchase.

I bought a whirlpool washer, On 11l22 black Friday, and the delivery date is not till 1/02/26

Employee sounded like they didn’t enjoy working at Home Depot.

Hard to navigate the aisles without having to step aside to allow someone to pass

I go to Home Depot nearly everyday in Palm coast , very happy place

Was an emergency to get a refrigerator and stove thanks found what I needed

Mister Scott helped me find everything I needed, offered suggestions and was an absolute gem to interact with even though it was right before closing and I had a list of things to get. Wonderful person, went above and buying to help me. Also the wood was in great condition and worked wonderfully for my project.

This employee lead us to the right Product and we didn’t even ask for his help. He calmly invited himself to do the right thing and said that’s what I look forward to is helping people get the right product so they don’t have to return and make a return and be unhappy.

This store has the friendliest and most helpful staff.

I love the employees, they are always asking if I need any help.

Ordered from a clerk, a power washer, east & quick! it arrived the next day for pick up! Pick up was quick & efficient. Power washer works great! Very happy with our shopping experience.

I have a very small job but the staff was very nice and professional in the Flooring dept.

While at the store I had several employees greet me and ask if I found everything I needed. I also had an exchange that the customer service representative quickly handled for me. (Typically customer service reps are difficult and rude but not at this store.

I used to work at this store, so I wanted to give them the sale of 64 bags of landscaping rock. I wanted It delivered and wanted to pay the $1.50 per bag to have it carried in. Gary was just concerned about getting the sale, not about what I wanted/needed.

Purchased the Westinghouse electric pressure washer works flawless just what I needed could not be happier. Went back to the store to buy some fittings to screw onto the pressure washer never dealt with people so clueless of the product in the store and clueless in general of how things work around a home I do not know how anyone Can be as their way into being a manager and be this clueless

We here in Palm Coast are so fortunate to have the Home Depot in our community. This particular Home Depot is well organized well stocked ready for every season. The staff are among the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable. I have come across over many other Home Depot’s. They’re always walking around the store and always easily accessible.. all my experiences at this Palm Coast store so favorable that I find myself going there over and over again for all of my needs and never being disappointed. Well, done, Home Depot.

I had an absolutely stellar experience! The team’s level of knowledge and customer service was exceptional. While my father ultimately decided to exchange the original appliance purchased on his behalf, I truly appreciated the support and patience they showed throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Not only had 3 people help me in my search for several items, also left my wallet in cart and it was protected and returned. Very happy on many levels!
