I have been to this store many times. The associates are proactive and the items are easy to find.

We buy much of our remodel project materials at this store. It is convenient, the employees are very helpful and seem to love their jobs, and they let you bring your dog!!

They had the dishwasher I wanted at a very good price. Salesman was very knowledgeable.

If you shop in the garden department, ask for Lucy! She knows plants and soil amenities and has a sweet personality and desire to help you!

It is Home Depot, they carry what would be expected. Not much selection of specialized items but then again it is Home Depot.

Lots of sales associates standing around conversing with other. Not one of them asked if I needed assistance.

Whatever I need for repair or installation for my business, Home Depot has it. I particularly need items from the electrical department and hand tools. Selection is good. The store always is well stocked and this particular store always is clean and organized. So, no complaints.

this store is never over crowed with customers bumping into each other looking for products. The employees always ask if you need help especially when you look lost walking up and down the aisles.

The store is well managed and the associates are friendly. Purchased some item (large quantity) at Home Depot, but competitor puts the same item on sale the following day. Went back to the store to see if Home Depot would match the price, or tell me "hard luck." To my satisfaction, after verification- the manager made a wise choice and matched the competitor's price. My overall experience is "Good."

People were nice the store was clean, found everything I needed.

I was in the store about 30 minutes. Not once did an associate ask if I needed help. In this day and age, there are other places/stores we can go for merchandise. I notice lots of associates minglink with each other (like a click) but not once do they look your way to see if you were in need. Not good.

DC, a new flooring department supervisor, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I intend to purchase additional flooring, and I would buy from HD again based on his service.

i believe that the service desk is one of the most important departments in the store...they deal with returns, special orders, online orders, carpet cleaning, truck rentals and problem customers issues...without them customers would most likely not come back....pearland store is lucky that the staff at the customer service department has been staffed with employees that have been team players for years...they are the bread and butter of Home Depot....hats off the the staff at customer service...
