The employees at this store was awesome this was the best service i have received since I've lived here in Las Vegas Nevada for over thirty years, it was the best in the business, it was like we were treated like family thank you so much for your employees.

I had an excellent experience. Joann and her supervisor treated me and my military service with sincerity and gave me the appropriate discounts. Joann was so very friendly. The Associate in plumbing went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I got what I needed and with humor. Joann's supervisor, Joann and the Associate from plumbing made my purchase exactly what I needed. Oh my, I completely forgot about the garden center. The Associate there not only ensured that my lawn mower questions were answered he intuitively helped me heft the purchase onto the cart! You can't teach that stuff. It is obvious that that store's management knows who to hire and how to lead with dignity and caring. Thanks again for a great experience.

It was so surprising to have someone offer to help me right away and the cashiers were super friendly.

The customer service at this location is excellent. If you have a question, you can find someone. If you have a problem, they will work very hard to make it right. You can't go wrong at this store.

I brought in a product so I could match it and buy the same one, I showed the people at the customer service desk and they told me to go ahead. When I was in the checkout line Wendy was very rude and accused me of stealing it. She wanted a receipt for the item even though I brought it in, I had the receipt and she asked why the receipt was from a different day. Jimmy stepped in and was very helpful, made the overall experience way more pleasant

Love the clean, clutter free aisles. The employees are always courteous, helpful, and they know not only their department, job, but the store. The fresh popcorn is a plus !!

On my last few visits to this store, I have been greeted and received immediate help when I let the representative know that I was on a time limit for shopping. The reps were all knowledgeable and extremely helpful by providing accurate product information and were not pushy for a sale. I totally appreciated their honest help.

Its been a little stretch for everyone because not all customers are present because of internet orders, I have to say that every time I shop here, it might take a minute but they always have a person on the clock, on premise that can answer all you questions, knows the merchandise and the processes of installing stuff. Hard to match screws and bolts......don't go anywhere else. Plants that actually live when you plant them....buy them here I subscribe to their landscaping stuff so I get coupons 5 off 50 and 10 off 100 which helps with all the weed and feed/ seed/ fertilizer I buy every year. I subscribe to their emails and scored overhead garage storage half off. NO shipping charges

This store is always stocked and quick to get through.

This Home Depot has the best help. The woman that is the retired electrician that helps with electrical always has very helpful advice.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since it was brand new. There is another Home Depot store about 2 miles closer to my home, however I prefer to drive the extra 2 miles to shop here. The shelves are always well stocked and organized. The entire staff here will say hello, good morning, or can I help you... very impressive. Plus, the entire store is clean and neat all the time!

This store and other stores have associates that really don't care if you shop there or not, with 4 or 5 exceptions, this store is becoming just like everyone else. I asked a woman at the flooring desk to help me cut some blinds. She couldn't but would call someone to help. No one ever came. No one ever walked by. This has happened more than once. Most times I leave this store I vow to do this survey. Well here it is. The people that used to work in that department were very personable and watched the department so you never had to wait for assistance. They kept the shelves stocked. Now they are out of a lot of normal regular type items, every time. The guy at the checkout didn't even look up. Store is always cluttered. They moved all the experienced people around, put in new people that don't know anything. Blind cutting machine is not working properly 8 of 10 times. I buy a lot of blinds from here. Plumbing people are awesome. Lighting people either don't know a thing or act like they are too good to be there helping morons. When Jerry was in electrical he knew everything. When Lonsette was in flooring, she was on top of everything there. Dennis is amazing in flooring too. Bob in plumbing is awesome. There are a couple others that stand out too, but I can't place their names. I hope someone can get this store together soon. It used to be the shining star in the valley. Not now. You shouldn't have to travel to 2 different Home Depots to fill an order of regular type stuff.

Nothing bad I could say about my many visits to your store...All your associates are more than helpful and so professional, not only did they direct me to the proper aisle, but they accompanied me, and showed me the right product every time.

This store always carries items that I need and I can depend on getting the help needed to find an item.
