Unlike other big box stores, I was pleasantly surprised when an associate sought me out to see if I needed assistance with anything rather than me having to track someone down for help!

Very clean, and well organized. The only issue is the cashiers are clueless about everything

Overall I am very pleased with my local home depot store. Very friendly people who have helped me with a lot of projects. I wish the online ordering and the store ordering would be more cohesive - it seems the online home depot is a completely different business than the store is.

It is only 1 mile from my home and they most always have what I'm looking for in the store. On a couple of occasions, I have store ordered and pick up in the store, no delivery charge. If I don't know where the item I am looking for is located, I ask one of the employees and always get friendly help.

Products were easy to find and were in excellent condition on the shelf/in their bay. The website has a very useful feature that allows you to text yourself the exact location (aisle and bay) of the product for which you're shopping to aid in locating them once you get to the store. Product details were more clear and readily available than competitors as well. After checkout, one of the guys from building materials was very helpful and gave me a hand loading into the trailer.

There is a woman named Linda who works in different departments. She is a extremely knowledgeable about both new and old houses, and her suggestions are very practical. She knows the store inside out and is ever so patient. I hope the store knows what an asset she is.

The employees are always friendly and helpful when we shop this store.

This store doesn’t like veterans and I understand this store has recieved many complaints about how rude the employees are.

I have never had a negative experience shopping at the Penfield Home Depot. There is always a friendly staff person to help and answer questions and check-out is always quick and easy. We often bring our dog and the staff are always very kind and have treats for her at the service desk.

The Penfield location is by far the best Home Depot in the Greater Rochester Area. The store is always stocked well and the staff is awesome, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Many of these great people have been at this location for years and years. Says a lot about the work environment. They are always asking if I need help and I always thank them for asking whether I do or not. They have everything a home owner could need. I spend a lot of time at Penfield Home Depot and even do Christmas shopping there. Love this store!!

The Penfield-Rochester Store #1247 is a great place for gardening, lawnmowing, LED light bulbs, paint and hardware supplies and more. The employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I have always found the supplies and plants that I was looking for.

Employees are knowledgeable and always helpful. Cashiers are all open and lines are short. Easy in/out parking and traffic.

I frequently shop at the Penfield store due to it's convenient location to my work and I have to say that I have never had a negative experience. You always have what I am looking for and your store reps are always courteous and friendly.

You have the best people working there and the continuity is wonderful. I go in there almost every day and I see the same people and they are always friendly and helpful to me. I have been in your other stores in the Rochester area and I will say that Penfield is the best store yet . Crystal cashier in the contractor check out is one of the fastest and most officiant employees you have. I don't know how she does it but she can get you checked out yet be friendly at the same time within minutes. She is an asset along with many other like Dan and plumping ,Jim in hardware and to your pro everyone of them desk

The store is a pleasure to enter and the associates are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If I am not sure where to find what I need I get the help I need and am often taken exactly to where the item is...that is true customer service which I deem so important in any business. I am a long time customer of Home Depot and have yet to be disappointed. Keep up the good work and reward your great employees.
