The minute I walked into the store, I was greeted and asked if they could help me find what I came for. Each and every person was pleasant and extremely helpful from the first greeting to the cashier!!! A great place to shop and I shall return!

The people at this store are always friendly and helpful, whether I need assistance or not. They always have what I need, at reasonable prices. This store is also close to home,easy to get to, and it feels like I am visiting my buddys' house whenever I go there.

Nice location in Penfield which I drive through quite often

On this visit to Home Depot, I went in specifically for 4 x 4's and found a real deal on some slightly damaged lumber, and could not pass it up. This is the type of value I have come to appreciate each time I visit any of the Home Depot stores. Thank you.

The Panorama has skilled staff in most departments. They are particularly strong in the plumbing and painting dept to assist you with your projects. The service and return departments are also very helpful. Overall, you will find what you need and most times get professional help with your task.

If you need help and require the Pro Desk.....Call and ask for Seth and go to the Pro desk when he is working. He is great and saved me a ton of money!!

The Home Depot stores are always clean, and the people are very knowledgeable and ready to assist me whenever I needed it.

Great store. I have been shopping here since they originally opened. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I encountered a new employee recently that was unsure of a certain product and instead of giving incorrect information he went out of his way to get the correct information. That's great customer service.

Maybe it was a sexist thing, I don't know, but I stood in the paint department between 10-15 minutes looking for the right size paint roller, disposable tray liners and extendable handle for a paint roller. There were three service associates in the area, one was occupied with a customer, two others walked by me and said nothing. Yes it was a bit of a test. I was invisible to them and I walked out with out finding one of the items I came into the store to look for. Not a single person asked me if I found what I needed or if there was anything they could do to help. This was approximately 8 o'clock on a Monday night, the store appeared fully staffed.

The check out was fast and friendly. The cashier was able to scan my items quickly and get me cashed out in minutes.

Staff were very readily available and helpful. Emerald provided excellent knowledge and detailed design guidance. She worked with us to ensure that we got what we wanted and needed to complete our renovation project. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding design, materials, store inventory, as well as collaborated with other departments to be sure we ordered exactly what we needed. She is an asset to Home Depot's Design Center! We will be back.

Within reference to recovering product with ease, for me, I spend a pretty good amount of time at the Penfield store. I know where most items I require are located. I do occasionally need help in location of product. Every time I need help, associates were more than accommodating. The store is always in an attractive, and clean condition.

I love going into Home Depot, staff are very knowledgeable, always friendly and very helpful from shop floor assistance to quick and easy check out! I always shop at Home Depot for all my household needs. Also love the Christmas department!
