Love this store. Great staff clean building and they always have what im looking for

I was impressed, in particular, by the flooring dept. My husband and i were confused and under pressure to make a different decision on floor tile for our new front entrance hall. Fred in flooring was more than helpful...in fact, he remembered us from when we were searching for replacement carpeting several months ago.

My visit was good with the exception of Home Depot's new checkout procedure. I'm not really all that thrilled with self service checkouts.

This store has over a number of years now been very helpful in a number of home projects.and generally well stocked.

Beware - the covered outdoor storage area is overrun with birds. Everything is covered with feces.

I stopped in a few weeks back. Albert, in the Flooring Department, did a great job in answering some questions and making some suggestions. I did not come in that day to purchase anything...and wound up buying Lifeproof vinyl flooring. I completed the job a few days ago....(we have a small bathroom) and the floor looks great!! Albert's guidance made all this happen...!! A valued member of your staff

If you want a job as a cashier, this place is for you! No more registers with friendly cashier's...it's ...help yourself not the people...where did all the jobs go?

Everyone is helpful

Has happened twice now. Go in looking for an item that your app says is in stock and available. I am unable to find the item, I ask for help from an associate, after scanning the walls they are unable to find the item and say other stores in the area have the item available. Whats the point of having the items availability on the app if it doesn't mean anything.

Super helpful salespeople in a clean store. We love the kids projects also!

The new design of self checkout only is horrible. It seems like the store is trying have as little employees as possible. There aren’t people in the departments to help you and now you have to work at check out to give them money.

Very disappointed to see that ALL the cashiers have been replaced with "Self" checkout. Why do customers have to do the job of a Home Depot employee without receiving an employee discount? I would like to check out with an actual person. If you can hire people to simply stand around and wait to assist customers at self checkout then how about having them actually work a register to check customers out.

New check out process is horrible. Have removed the PRO customer service desk and store only has self check out. Prefer human beings who are paid for their services.

Store was clean inside and outside. Staff did not speak at all. I had to wait for staff to get off their phone to help me spend my money in your store. I have been coming to Home Depot’s for several years. This was the worse experience and it wasn’t even busy on 10/4/19 mid day afternoon.
