I was overcharged today and made it clear to to the cashier. She didn't do anything to fix it. I then had to wait with customer service.

Store is critically understaffed in all customer facing roles such as cashier's and customer service representatives.

This is my go-to store! Always get great service and clear answers to all my questions. I have literally spent thousands here and don regret a penny spent!

Second time in a row that the paint department did not match the color from the old can. It might not seem like a big deal but when you are just doing touch ups it causes big problems .

The Panorama Home Depot store might look like a regular one, but the store associates and staff are always friendly and helpful...this store deserves all the positive statementsI can give them!

The Panorama Home Depot is always busy, but the associates are always friendly and helpful...and efficient. This is my Home Depot of choice, even if I am near another one! Great place for almost all of your needs!

Found the grill we were looking for easily enough. The girl at self check out didn't really help when asking her about the warranty(Email address or Phone #) for registration purposes. A little annoying (A lot) Now I have to call the store to get information that should have been provided when asked

The store has all the things that we need. Good place to shop.

This store is run like a private home design store. I would go nowhere else for window coverings and it is a MUST that you work with the employee Mary Fischler. It is an experience like no other.

Today, for the second time, I worked with a friendly, talented and cooperative designer, who made the process seem delightful and effortless, although there the hard copy printed designs showed otherwise. Emerald knows her “stuff” and I feel blessed to have had her instrumental in making my house a home. Thank you, Emerald and Home Depot.

I went to purchase light fixtures for indoors and outdoors. Ray in Electric was beyond helpful with all the needs for my projects. He asked questions to be sure I was getting what I wanted as well as all the supplies I would need so I was prepared. He saved me so much time and confusion not to mention added trips for items I hadn't considered. He was so personable, professional and down to earth. I couldn't thank him enough. Plus he approached us, I did not have to search all over for someone to assist me.

Well stocked, variety plentiful, professional services and knowledgeable sales representatives who are courteous, subject matter experts on product available, timelines, prices and price comparative, as well as upselling on various products offerings to complement other ideas that are stocked within Home Depot.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff; I have been going to this store for years and have never been disappointed. Employees are generous with their time and will help on even the smallest project.

if you need anything electrical talk to ray in that dept. very friendly and knew what he was talking about

I shop here often and can usually find what I need on my own. But when I do need help there is usually someone right there with the answers. This store gets me in and out quicker than any other.

Best Home Depot in the area!

I received excellent service from Pamela who went out of her way to complete my online order and arrange the Military Discount I qualify for. Rarely have I found such helpful and knowledgable employees in chain stores. Customer Service was excellent!!

This store was "extremely" clean/shiny. I would like to this continue after CORONA 19.

I returned a christmas present to this location and was denied the correct price for the gift. It was a christmas present but had no receipt i was given 40% of the value of the Gift and said that was company policy. I asked where the return information was it was nether posted and found by the manager. I feel robbed and will encourage other to stay away from this location. Also I will encourage others to seek business else where for further purchases.

The Penfield Home Depot #1247 is truly my HOME for my building, paint and hardware needs. Always know that the Staff will go out of their way to assist you !

It took only 10 min. to purchase my required item. Assistant came after about three min. and found desired item in few seconds. He also help to load onto cart.
