I have cats who come in this time of the year to get out of the cold. Was really getting tired of the kitty litter mess they make. I bought this large mixing tray and put the large litter box inside of it. No more kicking litter all over my laundry room.

Ms.JonTiya D. was flirting with my husband while she was helping him find an item. I understand friendliness because you’re in the place of your employment and it comes with the job title, but flirting with a married man? Is beyond me. Her writing ‘hearts’ on his receipts as well is unprofessional as well!

It is a bad look for the store when you have to search the store to find someone to help you. And when you do get some one to help, they are very limited in the area of expertise needed. That is a problem in all of your stores in Pensacola. Customer service help is very much needed and important and deficiency in that area is not very good for business.

I have bee ln a loyal patron of HD for 20+ years and have used their home services offering probably 6 or so times. Lately I'm having second thoughts about doing so again as the last few times have not been a pleasant experience. Spent a lot of money on impact resistance windows and after nearly 6 months they still aren't done . Also, did have a contractor that I used in their network that pretty much took my money without completing the service. Some of that was on me however I trusted the name behind them (HD). I'm going to start using their competitor more.

I'd like to recognize Jamia Sheets in appliances. She has been so helpful on numerous occasions. She is professional yet friendly and so knowledgeable! It's obvious she really cares about helping people. HD is fortunate to have such a great representative!

This location is very convenient and staffed with competent and very helpful staff.

I have purchased a hot water heater, Genie garage door lift and a new Central AC unit from this store. I will keep coming back for more.

Do not waist your time and money at this joke of a store! Refused to get the manager to assist me with my issue. They need to go out of business because they forgot they should provide customer service!

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the current setup for power tools being locked in cages. As a customer, it’s quite inconvenient to have to walk around the store searching for an associate to unlock a cage just so I can read the details on a product box. It creates an uncomfortable shopping experience; especially when the associate waits for you to finish and then immediately locks the item back up, often walking away before you’ve made a decision. It can feel like there’s pressure to buy on the spot, rather than being able to browse freely. When I finally decide to purchase a locked item, I have to go through the process again; walking across the store to find an available associate, which isn’t always easy since many are understandably busy. As someone with a disability, this extra effort is not only frustrating but also physically taxing. I understand the need for theft prevention, but there must be a better solution. Installing cameras in high-value aisles or having associates check receipts at the entrance/exit might be more customer-friendly alternatives. As it stands, the current setup makes it feel less like a shopping trip and more like a security checkpoint. Home Depot already has my business, but I believe improving this aspect of the in-store experience could go a long way in making loyal customers feel more valued and respected.

Employees are very unprofessional and will curse and be little customers at the customer service desk. Be aware they could careless about any kind of customer service. Good luck shopping at this store it needs new management and some serious training.

I bought an LG washtower from this store that was on clearance. The problem is the practice of removing the instruction manuals and accessories from the unit, throwing it all into an unlabeled Home Depot shopping bag. There must have been 15-20 behind the appliances.

Every time I go shopping I generally get what I need. And go to the checkout. I only asking the question if I need it. For store associates I walked passed them while they are working some time they said hello’s put the most parts they don’t acknowledge that much

There are still a few good retail workers in the world and I believe I found them. The Five of them work at Home Depot on mobile highway. I’d like to thank CJ x 2, KJ, Jennifer and the manager. Today turned out to be a good day !
