My item was to be delivered between 1:30pm and 5:30pm. There was no telephone communication to inform me of the delay. I called. It wasn't delivered until after 6:30pm. The was only one person delivering a refrigerator! I had to help make the delivery and installation.

Wanda our sales clerk was most accommodating and pleasant.

Karen was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable about the items I needed for a home repair & showed me where everything was. Made my experience a breeze. Great customer service. Thank u Karen.

Needed a new gas stove. Sells person got us what we needed and explained what the crew could and could not do in the house and how much additional money it would cost. He made sure everything we needed was included. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Stove will arrive 10/31/24.

I have never been in your store that someone has not stopped to help me! They are always friendly and go above and beyond to help. I also appreciate the military discount! After that experience elsewhere, I will never go anywhere but Home Depot. Thank you!!!

Friendly employee asking if I needed help. That stood out, since I have not experienced that in a few years at H.D. But the store still needs more employees to assist customers...like the old days. Still waiting fro prices to come down. I have needed a new oven for 2 years, but will continue to use my toaster oven, until prices go down.

We are a custom home building company and use Home Depot often. Typically have all the misc tools, lumber and specialty items we need at various stages of construction on custom builds when needed quickly.

Home Depot in West Pensacola has the friendliest workers and go out of their way to help. That store sets the example for others to follow. The management is quick to help solve a problem and make things right. Come see them and you will make it your store.

It’s always great to shop at Home Depot when you have great customer experience. I want to thank Paul Westman who great in assisting me in purchasing my Storm door. Even though I wasn’t able to get the Specialty Door due to discontinue he was very helpful with an alternative door. It’s people like Paul makes shopping at Home Depot pleasant. Thanks for the outstanding customer service and I will be shopping again soon.

Ask for a different cashier if Rachel is on duty. Do not expect any help from her. She is very inconsiderate.

Paul westman was very helpful each time I visited the store showing me different prices an how each product worked

A young man named Shawn helped us find the tiles and grout needed. He greeted us with enthusiasm and seemed anxious to help us find what we needed. That level of customer service seems rare these days.

I went to Home Depot and was greeted with a smile. Then I had an employee help me find what I need to get. And at checkout the clerk made sure the entire trip was a pleasant experience. Bravo

I'm so glad I went to my favorite Home Depot, they are simply the best. Always friendly and always helpful. The workers seem to get along with each other as well, which is good for the entire shopping experience!

Was attempting to place an order online and could not get it to go through. After an hour of trying, I called the stores customer service desk. Customer Service Rep was fantastic! got it to place the order and was done in less than 10 minutes!

Excellent service at check out. Outside attendant was great he helped me load my truck without me asking for any help. Very hot day outside employee went over and beyond.

It is always nice to walk into a place and have someone immediately ask if they can help you find something. This is exactly what has happened everything I have walked into Home Depot. Great job to all the staff.

Most everything I buy here is a very good product

Things are not neat and straight, store seems to be unkept and not clean and not enough staff to assist customers, only 1 cashier open

I have bought too much flooring that I was doing in my home and I was able to take it back. I had not opened it and I did not have my receipt but they scanned it and seeing that I did buy it at Home Depot so they let me return it.

Employees at the West side Home Depot on Mobile Highway are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. We are always impressed by this store.
