I received the order. It was a quick but I open the box. It was damaged on the air compressor bad I did return it right away. Plus I did pay $35 shipping.

Excellent job! Tim helped me pick the correct garbage disposal. Tim even gave me tips on how to replace the disposal. I greatly appreciate the advice. Thank you

I am a home handy/lproject man. I don’t know everything but enjoy learning along the way. I ask questions and I get answers. Your help stops and take the tome for the customer. I use the customer service if I need to order something , that gives me assurance I am doing right and appreciate the input if what I am ordering is fitting for use I intend it for. Once again they know the product and what might be better for the particular task I am doing. I often ask how long have you been with the store, I am impressed with all the longevity personal. My advice: take care of them, they will take care of use.

Better overall stock of merchandise , materials , store assistant hard to get at times , happy with my experiences at this location

The employees I have encountered have been very helpful and super nice! Only problem is-- finding one in their natural habitat. Usually need to make a few trips around the isles to spot one! But when you do, they are always kind and helpful.

I was looking for several products. The employees were helpful, the store is clean, and service great. Found everything I needed. Friendly, helpful service.

I bought the kitchen reface in March 2025. I want my money all back. The installation and product are shoddy. The staff appears to be delaying even the simplest requests. It is eight months later. Even at a lesser price, this project is a fail. The staff will not follow through on fixing the issues. They need to replace the counter tops, the cabinets and fix the drawers. I have injured myself when trying to open the drawers. The cabinets are the wrong color and the work crew left holes in the cabinets and never fixed them. The countertops are uneven, chipped and had defects in them when the contractor installed them. The sink was bent in. The contractor left a huge mess of sawdust that I had to scrub out of the carpets. I had to wipe down the walls all day. I had to sweep up their mess they left.

This store is always in good shape. I am a frequent flyer at this location and I am usually satisfied with my experience. A few times I have run into issues with inattentive employees, but overall a decent buyer experience.

This store is clean and well organized. Everyone we encountered here was friendly and happy to assist. Not overbearing!

Employees are very well trained for our bathroom update. Kelly made our order easy and was very knowledgeable about the things we needed to complete our job. 👍

I had ordered a door on line and I was at this location to pick it up. The first employee at the counter was helpful and fast. She had to ask another to go get the door and take it to the lumber/pro loading area. The second employee said he would go get it but first he had to fiddle around where he was standing, then he took off and I was walking directly behind him. He stopped at the middle check out area and started a conversation with one of the employees standing there. I was at the pick up area waiting and watching. He took 5 mins with that conversation then continued on to talk with another two employees in the lumber area for 2 mins before heading off. I then spoke to the manager about all these delays, all he said was OK and went to get the door and put it in my truck. Now they had a lot of people in the store for 0800 but how many were actually doing something useful is another question. I'm glad they all like to pass the day having friendly conversations but "come on man" get to work.

Your payment process needs to be scrutinized

Bought slide out shelves and they tip as they pass halfway. Staff looked at my purchase through another vendor and was able to show me what glides I was using. From there we attempted to see if we could lock glide at a point. Due to the way mine was built, there was nothing ready made to fix. He did help me with search terms to see if there is a hack out there. Talk about the extra mile!!!!!

I had a delightful visit to my Home Depot on 91st and Peoria. I had promised my daughter in law that I would pick up my grandson's projects from kid's workshop on Saturday because they were on vacation and I totally forgot to do so. I called the store first thing Wednesday morning and the lady in customer service, if I remember right her name was Marlene. She said they had some leftover and I could come by a pick them up! She was very pleasant and had them ready for me when I came in. I then called when I got home and asked if I could come by later in the week to pick up any leftovers for the rest of my grandchildren and she put me on hold to check. I was accommodated once again! Thank you! When I went back in, I took some paint that needed to be shaken and the young woman there served with a smile....then as I was waiting I found a few sales and the woman at the self checkout helped me check out! I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot on Wednesday morning! It had been a while since I had been in, but I will be back!

Miranda, Walt, Raymond, Carrie etc are true customer service pros! They are friendly and caring. Whether I am picking up an order or a return they are great.

I buy all my needs here, learnt something every visit from the staff plus products direction plus GURU support, good store with nice people!

We just moved here from Washington State and are remodeling our home. Everyone we have met there has been super helpful and nice. We make sure we shop here before anywhere else.

The two older men in the garden department were so kind and helpful. There were actually two younger men who also helped. One of them gave me his trolley so I could load bricks, and then he helped me transfer everything. Later he pushed it to the cashier for me while I went to look for chicken wire. The other gentleman had the younger man assist me getting my two very full carts to an express check out, after I returned to the garden department, but the cash register was closed. Then he walked all the way back to the far end of the garden department to price check when the register rang something up too high. The younger man (2 men) then helped me get it to my car and load it into my car. Thank you, all of you.

We had a hard time finding anyone to help us

I was using an electric scooter and couldn’t go down some of the aisles because of so much product in the aisles. There were a lot of associates orange aprons on but seemed to busy socializing rather than helping customers. However the cashier was amazing and kind

I can usually find whatever I'm looking for at the "Depot". In fact I feel like it's my second home. When it comes to buying plants in the garden center, It's a crap shoot. I have had about a 50% chance that the plant I buy will survive. But the return policy is awesome and if the plant dies, I get either a refund or store credit. Can't beat that!

I have been a home owner since 1983. I have been shopping at this Home Depot for 5 years, in total about 42 years. I cannot remember having a bad experience during that time. I am a lifer with Home Depot.

The Items return for parts or quality concerns has always been cordial and satisfactory lets hope my latest parts failure request is handled like always.

I had some outstanding service today when buying new ceiling fans. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He got a cart & took the fans to checkout & then to my car.

I appreciate how the staff are always cordial, polite, and professional. The store always looks well kept. My kids and I go there sometimes just to walk around and see all of the great items that are in the store.
