Great store. Well stocked. Friendly staff. Very comfortable to shop. Clean. Used to live near this location however I'll drive often from Surprise,AZ because I am comfortable here.

The store was clean, lots of employees available. 99% are very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly. It's always a pleasure to shop at a store where there is lots of help and has most everything you need at reasonable prices.

Kam is the greatest. She made sure that the hardship we are going thru became less stressful after visiting various locations for a specific product and the only location that could possibly have it was still 22 miles away she went above and beyond by taking care of us at this location, We didn't even ask for the help she was just the Angel that came to our rescue.

This is an easy store to shop in and the people that work there are definitely customers service friendly!

Home Depot in Peoria AZ. has the best staff Bar None, probably in the entire South West if not the entire United States.

Store opens early--great for us. Can always find someone to help. Someone always offers to help us if we are getting something big like a full sheet of plywood. Everyone treats us kindly and respectfully. Usually the Home Depot App is correct. If I know the name of what I am looking for I can find the isle. Like finish hammer or 2 x 4 or ... I just wish the grocery stores would offer bin # or shelf #.

Employees will run over you with the forklift. Should not be stocking shelves when customers are in the aisle. Very dangerous to be there

Not a good experience. Spent a lot of time picking out items to purchase and verifying that they were in stock only to have a employee tell me that they were only available on line and were weeks out. Funny thing went to the aisle where we found them and purchased within a short time. This store is not stocked nearly as well as the one on Glendale and 59th Avenue. Live in Peoria and would rather spend dollars but they act like they do not care.

The store was very clean and they always have everything in stock when you need it. They also have great associates they want to help you if need, they go above and beyond to help.

Kelly in the appliance department was very helpful in checking whether or not the Frigidaire Freezer was available even though the website showed there were none available. She went the extra distance to check and that shows a good attitude and it was most helpful to me.

Because of my work I visit this Home Depot almost daily and the employees here, beside being very efficient at their jobs, make me feel like at home. I highly recommend it to everyone!

They do not enforce their own mask Rules !

This store was much like most Home Depot stores; however, we were very impressed by Brandon, our cashier. Brandon was friendly and eager to help us. BONUS: He, unlike most employees of the store, was WEARING A MASK. We appreciated that show of respect. David, a store manager, was very helpful. In fact, he showed that he was not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get dirty. My kind of manager! Great experience!

If you ever need to start a plumbing project, talk to an expert first, Don W. This man has the patience of a saint. If you let him, he will lead you in the right direction as he did me. I feel like I gained a real friend in Don.

I love going to the Home Depot in Peoria so, so convenient and I know about where all the items are located. I love that!

Honestly a bit surprised,but some of the best customer service in a long time. Not just 1 or 2 people but, six different people. Home Depot is doing a great job in this store.

The cashier Jordan at the self-checkout was very rude to my wife and I. After she repeatedly touched her face and brushed up against us and would not go find the barcode for the product we were buying. I finally asked her why doesn't she wear a mask and she responded by saying where is your mask.

if you all sell my information to a third party advertisement crap and I started getting emails every time I go in your store I'm going to take hundreds of dollars right out the front door because phu-Q if you sell me out
