Great Store, Great People! We always find what we need.

The gentleman helping me in the electrical/wallplates. What a super nice man. He came right up to me and asked what I was looking for. He gave me a better option.

Everyone is so nice in this store. They are always very helpful and the store is very clean. I've never seen a product that I needed that was currently out of stock. This store exhibits great management and employee dedication. I will continue to shop here.

Appliance Specialist Pat was extremely helpful! She worked with me in finding the right replacement microwave that match my previous one while still fit within my budget. Pat was very friendly and gave me suggestions that was helpful. If you need any appliance, I strongly suggest that if you are at the Phillipsburg store you ask for Pat.

Went in for Bug Barrier - picked up two bottles but we were looking for a humming bird feeder - knew the approximate area but saw an associate and she knew exactly where they were located and guided us to locate them. In this specific store - all associates are friendly and willing to walk a mile (LOL) to help you locate an item. We have had a few experiences being new to this store, where the associate was not working a specific area but took the time to locate the proper associate who could aid us. This store is to be commended for their friendliness and willingness to assist. Unlike the store Union Springfield Ave,Union NJ - an associate would see you looking puzzled or having a question and they "run" the other way - there the checkout lines are long with few opened even on busy weekends.

The associates made this trip much better for me. That is why I shop at Home Depot. Thank you.

I visit this store at least once a week. This store and parking lot is always very clean. The product that I went to buy was very easy to locate. Being a retired military member, I was able to use my retired military I.D. and received military discount. I am always grateful for this benefit.

The store is always clean. Employees are always ready and willing ti help. I recently bought a large lawn tractor and they went over and above helping and refused the tip i offered them. That's not a good policy. They deserved the tip and refused again and again ti accept it. That is an honest employee.

We need two animal traps and only one was in the store. A store assistant asked us if we needed help and we did. We told me that there was only one animal trap in the store and that we needed two. He checked if there were more available and there were. He bought it back to us. He was very helpful!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot, there are so many items for the home. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Home Depot's vary much by location. Some, if closer to "big cities," are a bit less helpful. Store 0931 in Phillipsburg is one of the best. The same staff members can be seen month after month, and they're mostly very helpful. You end up getting to know them! And they don't give you a hard time if you're truly dissatisfied with something, and actually go out of their way to accommodate good customers.

The store associates are knowledgeable, pleasant, and always helpful. As large as the store is I find it to be well organized and easy to find things, but I often ask for directions first when I walk in the door. I noticed that recently they have someone standing at the door for that purpose. The choices of products in each department are beyond what you find in other stores. If you can't find it here, you'd be hard pressed to find it somewhere else. This item may seem minor but the women's restroom is the cleanest I've seen in almost any store! All in all, I enjoy shopping in this Home Depot in Phillipsburg, NJ. Great job!
