great store well stocked clean store friendly employees

Always excellent service, and if something is out of stock, very easy to order and pickup at store.

Very clean, the employees were very organized and seem to know their products.

There is a "blue" home improvement store that is closer to my house but they never seem to have what I want. So I drive another 3 miles (5 min.) down the same road to Home Depot where I always get exactly what I want. The "other" store seems like they cater to the soccer mom crowd. Home Depot seems to cater to people that build, fix, improve and maintain things. That's the definition of a home improvement store. This store fits the bill precisely.

My cashier, Eli, was quick, efficient, and friendly. When I was looking for my purchase, I took time to read some of the item recommendation for installation and made a better purchase that was easier to install.

I shop the Plymouth Home Depot almost daily. The people that work at this location are really good at helping you find what you need. They tend to reach out to you as best they can while I can see they are very busy and I usually am surprised they will ask me if I need help as they are right in the middle of some hardcore work!

I do not go to the store very often but hubby does. Loves it.

This store is the best Home Depot I've ever shopped at. The people are helpful, kind, friendly, knowledgeable,. Store is well stocked with all products.

Friendly service, knowledgable employees, stocked items. Rental and tool dept was great. Cashiers were quick and helpful !

When I started in the door I asked Homedepot employee/cashier Mariellen where the item I wanted was. She directed me right to the item and I was done and back to work. I did not have to waste valuable work time searching. I was comfortable asking Mariellen because she always is helpful and very pleasant.

The Plymouth Home Depot is always neat, clean and fully stocked. I did found the product I was looking for with the assistance of an associate. He took me right to the item instead of telling me what aisle to go to or pointing to the area it may be in. I was impressed and very thankful. All of the associates were friendly from being greeted at the door to the check out. All were exceptional and I was happy went I left

You need to address the lack of associates available for helping customers load items into their vehicles. I waited at least 5-10 minutes and no one came out to help me. I finally went back into the store and asked an associate from hardware who gladly helped me and was very patient and pleasant. The only associate who said hello to me was Joanne at checkout. She was very helpful spotting me in line and asked me to check out with her at self checkout. It made my experience better then it had been up to that point. A few associates walked by me without saying hello or asking me what I was shopping for. You need to go back to having every customer say hello to customers that they encounter.

Every time I go to the Plymouth Home Depot I am always asked if I need help finding anything. The store is clean and orderly and employees are very helpful, especially Harvey in doors and windows.

Woman making keys refused to make my key and then went back to playing on her iphone. Shouldn't even be allowed to have phones on the floor.

Very satisfied with the experience I had with Tracee (TLS 291). My tenant had ordered appliances from another branch. I thought he ordered them from Plymouth. When I talked to Tracee she informed me that the order had been written up incorrectly. She took charge of the situation, and made what could have been a complicated situation into a simple one. She was professional, friendly, courteous, and did it all with a smile on her face. Needless to say I was very satisfied and will shop there again.

Well organized store and employees very knowledgable and helpful

I have to say that I went to the local Home Depot and was helped by a man named Tom Depot , I have been trying to fix my clogged toilet for a couple of day. Tom Depot was the so helpful, he showed me the product Greene Gobbler and within 20 minutes it was working ,If everyone who has worked with the public should be as great as Tom
