Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of promptly. I ran into an associate that I had talked to earlier and he remembered what I had been looking for earlier and asked if I had found the particular item. That's great customer service in my book!

The service desk is always so very helpful and accommodates all of our needs as a business. They go above and beyond and that is something we LOVE about this Home Depot.

I needed help finding a bulb and an associate was pleased to assist.

I was there again to use the rest of my gift card that I'd saved for what I needed. The card was an issue, after previously using it partial, and the gals at the front desk fixed it. I guess it wasn't the first time this occurred & they got it straightened out at my time of need there. They took care of it. I still had the receipt from using a little on it the first time, so that helped, I'm sure. All in all, they were very helpful there & took care of the problem. HD is my fave for my housework needs. I give a 10.

Most of the cashiers here are really friendly with me and seem to do the best that they can. I only wish that they were more knowledgeable of the store and its contents so that I didn't have to wait so long to receive an answer to any questions I may have. It's almost like they never even got shown around the store even once.

I feel that if more of the employees were better educated on departments other than their assigned position, there would be a lot more progress made, and there would be much higher customer satisfaction. I'm tired of coming up to people wearing a generic orange apron with a question, only to be redirected to three different people. Either that, or I must wait 10-15 minutes on someone from a specific department to come to me, either because they are busy with someone else, or they simply will not pick up the phone. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for the employees with how frustrated I and many other customers find ourselves. Also, waiting 15 minutes to have someone help me load my heavy purchases is absolutely ridiculous. There should be more than one position allowed to do that. There are a lot of employees at this THD location that act like they would rather be anywhere but there. Which is completely understandable, considering the line of work they are in. But work is work, and we all have our own lives to attend to. I have three children at home that require my attention, and when an associate of Home Depot has the ability to assist me, but takes a ridiculous amount of time to do so and acts more than a little frustrated in the process, it does not make me want to come back to that building. I return for the kind individuals that smile when they see me, and make me feel welcome in the building. Trust me when I say that I remember those people. Positivity will get you far in life, and to those people I say "Keep it up."

The personnel, in this store, are always personable and helpful. The store is clean, neat, and well-arranged. If I can't figure out a problem, someone is, always, there to help me.

Buying a new washing machine was actually fun with the associate who helped me. She was knowledgable, patient and not pushy. I had researched several machines ahead of time, and they were in stock for me to look at each one. It made decision making a breeze. The sale price was a big factor as well.

New updated stock, lighting fixtures were sparse. Would of made purchase of a led light fixture but it was out of stock, have to purchase on line if I decide, now

I had a great experience at the Pontiac Home Depot. When I walked into the store, someone greeted me, asked me what I was looking for, and told me where in the store I could find said item. When I got to that area of the store, another associated helped me find the specific product that I was looking for. Finally, my checkout experience was great. The cashier was friendly and nice, and engaged me in a real conversation about what I was purchasing and planning on doing with my purchase. It was a great experience from door-to-door.

Pro-Desk always goes above and beyond to meet our companies material needs for projects.

Employees are always available to assist customers. I'm always greeted and asked if I need help. If I do, I am walked to the appropriate aisle and the associate waits to make sure I find what I need and to answer any questions. I've never witnessed any disgruntled customers at this location, so I guess everyone is receiving the same great service I'm receiving!!!

I am a "newbie" when it comes to gardening. The store assistant helped me find and select everything I needed. These included included items to solve weed, insect, and deer problems in my new garden. It's reassuring to know that Home Depot still believes in customer service.

The items I was looking for were easy to find. Sales Associate went above and beyond her duties to assist me.

I have found time and over again helpful employees, great selection in all the departments, good prices, excellent organization that makes easier to find the items that I need, friendly and well-trained cashiers and a great location. Although I moved, I continue to visit this store sometimes more than once a week when I help people in the area and as of late, that has been on a weekly basis.
