Needed product was on hand and priced acceptable. Store assistants helpful and friendly.

I love Home Depot, but the employees really need to get more familiar with products and their location.

Item I went to get was out of stock. Used Self Checkout. No floor assistance to inquire about product availability. Cashier never spoke.

I think Home Depot is a great place to shop. I would recomend it to my friends

I went to the home depot to get a bore bit for my drill. I couldnt find one, so I asked an assocciate for help. he not only found it for me, he showed me another one that was a better brand and was on sale for the same price. then the checker was excellent on how she greated me and was very nice.

this store has greatly improved since it has opened

About half the time I go into this Home Depot I encounter a rude, unhelpful, or ill-informed employee. Other times the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

The guys in the paint department were very helpful in matching a paint sample I had. They were successful in matching my paint!

We went to Home Depot to price windows. We bought 2 of them at a better price than we thought!

The home delivery is horrible, they should let people know what is going on!! Said they would deliver on Thurs. and it's now Friday afternoon, still no delivery and no one at store has a clue!!

Had a nice friendly person to help. Two others asked if I need any help.

No one was there. At least 3 pages and no one showed up. Many people were waiting for help. All I needed was paint shook up . Got tired of waiting so left and stirred it up at home

I was very pleased with all the help that Billy gave us. My husband recently had surgery and was in a moterized cart. Billy got our wood stakes, carried them to the front, stayed in line with my husband while I went to get our truck, carried the lunber and put it in my truck, helped my husband into the truck and returned the electric cart for us. Very pleasant and helpful. A real assest to your store!

Please revise the policy for which cards are accepted for VA ID.

The current policy will not accept a card even for a person with a 30% VA disability.

Home Depot in Poplar Bluff, MO, is the greatest place for any home project. The experience and knowledge of the employees makes any job less stressful. Supplies are available in the store at a reasonable price.

I have never liked the self checkout, it was good this time I used it.

I visited Home Depot to check on a specific type storm door. Though not normally carried in stock, the associate (Teresa) was extremely helpful. She looked up the type door we were looking for and gave us the price and expected time delivery time. She was very professional.

Home Depot is my favorite store. I have purchased flooring tools right down to my light bulbs there. I could spend all day in there. The associates have been very helpful and have told me how to accomplish many of my jobs I have set to do. I have purchased books on tilings and paving and purchased my pavers there. Everyone has very helpful in loading my supplies and answering my questions.

thank You Alex for letting me get my stepping stones for .99 even though the add was over by one day. I ended up getting 95 in one day in 4 different trip there.

Great costumer service. Didn't have any problems finding what I was looking for do to the associate. When checking out the cashier was friendly and very noligible.

Have been in there 3 times here lately I have found it much easier to stop at service desk and ask if someone is working in the department that I am needing They usually call and tell me yes or they are on break etc Saves alot of aggrevation of going up and down isle looking for someone Almost worth the drive to Cape Girardeau to Menards

Very hard to find people I just stop at service desk on way in now Much easier that way cuts down on aggrevation of not finding anyone Much easier to call store atleast that way find someone thats in that specific department

You have to go up and down isle until you come across an employee They are very helpful after telling you this isn't their department which I had figured after having to "find" somebody"
