I bought this cabinet 4 months ago just got installed over weekend once installed noticed small hairline crack in corner of sink

The manager went up and beyond protol for an AC unit with an excellent attitude.

Mya and Shay were at checkout & extremely friendly and helpful. Marci on the other hand brought me to tears. Im a dad with 2 under 2 so I do a ton of house work myself.I walked down an isle and saw a good size tool box in a price range I was happy with. I asked Marci if the deal for the toolbox was accurate, she saw my excitement and asked how many tools I had. I said a lot. She walks me up to the front and offers me the toolbox of my dreams for the same price. I’ll never forget that thank you

Saw a nice Frigidaire mini fridge unboxed on the floor on sale $129. I loaded on my cart. Went to a Home Depot employee and asked how will the cashier up front know what to charge me because there was nothing marked on the unit. Just a cardboard sign. He said he could ring me up. I asked him if he could do better on the price because it wasn’t in a box and was dented up. He said no. If I wanted one in a box they showed they had several in stock. We looked in the isles but nothing there. In stock ment another store or warehouse. Sir if you don’t need it today, we can ship it directly to your front door in a box. That’s what I did. A few days later it’s delivered. Move it into garage, cut the bands, pull cardboard off start to unwrap the stuff. I look at the refrigerator and said that’s not the Frigidaire I was supposed to be getting. Similar but it’s a no name China knock off. I’m mad and want to take it back. At the end of the day I decided it wasn’t worth my aggravation trying to rebox this thing and haul it back to the store. End result I’m a mad customer and will probably shop at the other place next time.

There are only 4 self-service registers open. I've observed many seniors struggling with this which slows down the process.

Just walking in this store is a great experience, the customer service is above and beyond expectations…everyone is so helpful, explains things and answers all questions… I have bought a lot of items from HD and have never had a problem

Bought 45 louvers to replace those in my bedroom vertical blind. The employee pulled them for me. All paper descriptions are identical. But the louvers are DIFFERENT. They look terrible! Some block light and some allow light right through. What a mess!

I bought building materials many times a month. They have great prices and quality.

While at the store, I automatically used the app to find the items I was looking for, an employee noticed me looking for items in a specific bay, and directed me to the exact item I was looking for. I thanked that employee and continued browsing. The other items I was able to find myself, as they were larger items. While checking out I utilized the app to scam my Military Discount and another employee Thanked me for my service, he asked if I found everything I needed. and we had a great conversation regarding technology, and how easy it is to get in and out especially on a time crunch. We then spoke about how other stores are starting to do a scan and go, and we debated the pros and cons, all While I checked out. as soon as I got my receipt, he then told me to have a great day!

Bought a toolbox for my husband, of course it didn't fit in my van but the gentleman helping me was absolutely fabulous! It was shipped in a box car and delivered at a reasonable time. The girl doing the paperwork for the shipping was outstanding also don't remember her name sorry.

I wish I remembered my sales clerk’s name, but will tell you he was in the appliance department. He took his time to explain each refrigerator to me along with looking at my diagram of the kitchen to help me select the best fit. He was patient and kind and answered all my questions truthfully even though he’s probably answered them for 100 other customers today.

I’ve never had anything but a great experience shopping here.

My hometown Home Depot has the friendliest workers, always willing to help me find things that elude me. Checkout and even returns have been simple and no hassle. Keep up the great work!

I purchased a new Rheem 50 gal water heater (electric) for our house and opted for installation by the Home Deport coordinated contractor. The contractor applied for the permit and removed the old water heater for disposal. Everything went as planned. The store applied my military discount after installation. All was good!

Flow in & out of lot needs improvement. 1)People cut thru from Veterans to avoid a stoplight. 2)There are far too many handicapped spots (almost 10 to 12). 3)The outer road of by bank and restaurant has lines that are so faded, no one even can see a turn lane or yellow lane lines. 4)Parking spaces near the pickup area go from diagonal to right angle, making it tough to park in this area.

I purchased custom windows and doors from Mitch in his department. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll be making all future purchases for renovation from you guys, that's for sure.

I buy all my tools and paint from Home Depot only love it

I went in home depot to purchase a hinge.I purchased the hinge.I was threatened harassed and assaulted by a member of the employee stand he will have criminal charges brought against tim and he will your company will be sued

I bought wonderful exterior doors with the help of My Safe Florida Home. When one door had an issue, Lyle Cushing proactively assisted me in contacting the manufacturer for a return. His help was so much appreciated!

I really like this location as it seems to have a good variety of the heavy duty M18 Fuel tools that I am looking for. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I aslo like the food truck outside that I can grab a quick sandwich in the missle of my projects.

I usually shop at the Punta Gorda store because that is where I live but I was in Port Charlotte so I went to this store. I was so impressed with the three people that helped me and two other employees who greeted me, I asked to speak to a manager to compliment them. Turns out the manager was one of the helpful three. Great service!

Mitch in windows and doors helped me with several complicated orders. We had a problem with one of the orders from the manufacturer and Mitch spent a great deal of time and effort to have the order refilled correctly. He was patient and always polite, friendly and helpful.

I went to Hime Depot to pick up bags of mulch (8 of them) that was on sale. The man running the register seemed annoyed that I asked for help with my military discount, which I had had trouble getting set up. He gave me minimal assistance with that, then I had to figure out the rest on my own. Then there was no one around to help me load the mulch into my vehicle. It had rained the day before, so the bags were wet and heavy. I was thankful for another customer who offered to help hoist the bags in my truck. This is something the cashier should have asked- “Do you need help with those?”, but nope. I know everyone is short staffed, but there is no reason to be unpleasant, and help should be offered to customers purchasing heavy or awkward sized items. The one positive is that they had plenty of the product on hand.

Had an order to pick up Debbie helped me. When I opened the boxes I seen the drawer pulls and hinges dud not match, as I went to see other to buy Debbie was not far behind, we matched what I needed, she did the exchange. As I was leaving I decided to look at the garden department so Debbie gets me a cart to put my boxes in. Debbie is a VERY good customer service employee.
