I shop at Home Depot in Port Charlotte and I like my local store. The employees are helpful. If I can’t find an item or tool they will take me to the spot to get items. Helps me get in and out to start my project at the on house. Great service.

We love this location and have made the switch from shopping at Lowe’s over a decade. The sole reason for that switch is the employees at this location!

We were searching for a washer Juan assisted us in making sure our measurements were going to work with the Samsung model we were interested in. Super friendly and knowledgeable about specs. I have to say I have been in an out of this store maybe a thousand times. Buying for either work related or home related products.It always helps to know what you are after and website is there for you just in case. People here and products are are good and store stands behind them.

I misplaced my receipt and, although waiting on hold for over 25 minutes, the customer service attendant to whom I spoke was able to retrieve my receipt, print it, and have it waiting for me to retrieve. This store is understaffed, as are so many. I am thankful for the kind & attentive service from an overworked employee.

I had two types of returns: one with a refund on a credit card and the other past the return date but I could receive store credit. Noemi was very efficient and knowledgeable handling the transactions. It was so incredibly easy that I will not hesitate to shop at Home Depot knowing that if I purchase the wrong items, they have a hassle free return policy.

I paid for a patio set to be assembled for pick up. I was told it was ready but when i got there is wasn't. They promised they would assemble it and deliver a few days later free. While it did arrive it wasn't assembled and they charged me for delivery. I am very happy with the patio set but it was a hassle purchasing it with Home Depot.

Fast quick checkout friendly service

Simply picking up HVAC air filters , very quick trip . Cashier (Frank) made sure I received the discount bulk price as I bought (4 or more) which knocked almost 5 dollars of each filter. Frank made sure after scanning the filters to turn his screen and show me discount price of each filter individually. Not a crazy big deal but with how everything is so expensive right now.. it restored some faith that humans are trying to help each other out in these expensive times! Thanks Frank

In the last month I have purchased a microwave, washer and dryer and other little small items. I love my items and definitely plan on going back to finish my renovations.

Employees are helpful and the store is stocked with everything I was looking for.

I am very happy with the assistance provided by Rhonda in the the Garden buying trees and plans and other items to make my new home my own, and beautify the property. Rhonda makes a difference in the Lawn & Garden Dept. for sure. I actually wait to shop on days that she is there. Nice variety of plants and trees and Rhonda can help order what is not in the store.

The Port Charlotte store is very clean and its employees are super friendly and helpful! Actually, I was surprised because this was my first visit there. Art saw my confusion and helped me from start to finish. Then Connie came over to finalize my purchases. I thanked them profusely for their help. I knew I’d return for future business because of the kind treatment I received that day!
