I WAS LOOKING FOR AN AIR CONDITIONER. ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE, THERE WERE SEVEN AT THE STORE. WHEN I WENT THERE, THE COSTUMER REPRESENTA TIVE ADVISED ME THAT THERE WERE NO AIR CONDITIONERS AT THE STORE, ONLY THE ONES THAT WERE ON THE FLOOR. INDEED, THERE WHERE NOT MANY ON THE FLOOR, AT LEAST THE 10000 BTUS, WERE NOT WERE TO BE FOUND. GOOD THING THERE IS STILL GOOD PEOPLE UP THERE, THIS YOUNG SALES ASSOCIATE, CAME TO ASK ME IF I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING, AND I SAID YES. ( I THINK HE SAW HOW SAD I LOOKED ) AND HE RESPONDED " DON'T WORRY" I WILL GET IT FOR YOU. AND HE REALLY DID. I CANNOT BELIEVE HIS KINDNESS. HE WAS SO KIND THAT MADE ME CRIED, JUST TO REALIZED THAT HOME DEPOT STILL HAVE GOOD PEOPLE AROUND.

We had to order a custom made door for our patio and the associate was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff so it made the process very smooth

Norman Block was very helpful ...but cashier at return was very rude. ...to the point we did not even know if we were done..had to ask if we were waiting for something else as she did not stop typing on her computer and did not acknowledge us still standing in front of her....very strange!...

the associate at the front door of the port chester home depot who hands out the circulars is always friendly and cheerful when ever I walk in the door.The cashier at the selfcheckout was very helpful in hand scanning a large product I purchase the day i was last there

Every time that I visit this store, no matter if I am in the garden center or buying hardware, there is always someone available who is willing and ABLE to give me advice and tips...great store!

Everyone is always friendly at this location and I have had great luck with associates who knew their products or were willing to do research.

Prior to driving to the store, I called to speak with a store associate in the Lawn & Garden area to make sure tge product I wanted was available. After four attempts for an associate to answer the phone, she finally indicated that the product was in fact available. After taking the time to then go to the store, it turns out that the opposite was true and the particular product was not in stock. Unbelieveable!

The associates who helped me price some carpeting were very helpful,patient and professional. After I take all my measurements at home I will absolutely be returning to place my order!!!!

I went to buy a preassembled grille and take it home. Matt helped me pick out the grille and arrange shipping since the rental vans were all out. Matt spent over an hour helping me with every step of the process and made the whole experience a pleasure. I love the staff at Home Depot. They all make you feel right at home in their store.

the store has all the product I'm looking for and the prices are good. But sometimes the men's room is not always as clean as it should be. The store is always busy especially on weekends when you have to spend a bit of time finding a parking space

We recently build new steps to our deck at our new 'fixer-upper' home. The staff at Port Chester helped my husband select wood, screws, cut specific measurements and get the wood into his truck! The employee spend a lot of time with us helping us select everything we needed and was enthusiastic about his craft during the while process. We were so happy with the help offered and the professionalism given throughout the while experience. On another occasion I came to the store with my newborn and without question the cashier helped me to my car with a foldable deck table. They really care about their jobs and the stores reputation. You can tell! We enjoy our visits to Home Depot - they make Do It Yourself projects easy and manageable. Thanks so helping us do work to our house without contractors. See you next weekend :)

I went in looking for a part, I approached the first employee I saw and they directed me to the appropriate person. Although I wasn't able to get what I needed I was given a card with information as to how I can order my product online. Overall I didn't leave with what I wanted but I felt the staff was helpful.

I placed a special order for a rug. The associate Mary Brown was very helpful,gave me options to save 20% that days and also in the garden dept. She went above and beyond placing the order and the change I made later. I was billed properly,called back quickly regarding special order arrival and delivery. I go to the store about every couple weeks for one thing or another and have never been disappointed.

Th store was very busy with gardening season in full swing the sales associates wer great very helpful check ou was a breeze and everything I needed was in the store and with the help of associates info I was able to get what I needed most

Aisles were impassable as usual, too much stock, sloppy inventory management, even the parking lot was a mess.

There are many associates available who are knowledgable and willing to help. Ordering online to pick up in store allows me to get items faster during a short lunch hour or busy day which I really appreciate. The store has all the latest new products available .I walk in the store and the associate at the door who handing out the weekly circulars is always friendly and cheerful. I don't remember her name,but she usually there on Wednesday afternoons and greets me with a smile

My shopping experience at the Home Depot is always quick and easy. The sales associates are knowledgable and helpful. Most of the products I am seeking are always in stock.
