Went to the store for a part on the mover I did not get and left the store advised to contact the manufacture for the part . The extra mile would have been apricated or a manager. I made a mistake not checking, but advised they would sell me the part. The store associate help my load it into the car, for that thank you super service.

Went to buy a few things and some paint. I was able to get in and out of the store will relative ease.

Great store experience. Entered the store preparing to buy 2 small items. The sales associate caught me eying Ridgid tools and sold me on a head for my multi tool. Very friendly and not pushy. Simply explained the variable uses of the head. Sold me!!!

I visit the store very often. Have been disappointed to find out that the store no longer gives 5% discount for using HD credit card. The fuel points are not that attractive and certainly don't match the 5%. I still get 5% at Lowes and their prices are comparable to HD so may be doing more shopping there. I feel that HD should provide contractors that spend a large amount of money each month at the store a discount over what the general public pays for products. A homeowner is only shopping for their home where as a contractor I am shopping for several projects and because of thsi should receive some form of discount for all the materials I buy that would make me more competitive. Chris, the store manager at the Porter store, has been very pro-active with us and our company, but he is limited as to what he can do to assist us as he is controlled by company guidelines.

The worst experience ever in the help from associates, during the shopping experience and checking out and then loading of materials. Associates were very rude and unprofessional.

I needed help looking a grommet, they were out of stock. I asked if they had more, the associate happily looked up the items and said yes. He quickly went for a ladder and retrieve my item with ease.

Bought new counter tops, back splash materials, sink and a new faucet today and the whole process was easy and non stress full. I had a great sales associate who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I love going in this store, even if it is just to browse or kill time.
