After placing the order, the store fails to answer questions over the phone about the delivery status and, reps would leave you holding on the phone line until you give up and hand up the call ! I made large orders within 7 days however, I didn’t receive the proper communication from the store reps when needed !

Tonja was very helpful with a return item that another store messed up on. Samantha was super helpful as well.

All the products I buy from here are great.

Bought a Nest thermostat that I thought was new. When I got home I found that it was a returned item that had been re-stocked. The package was open, the screws showed signs of being used. Not sure if this will work or if it's all there. It was returned for some reason, and it's about to be returned again.

Melissa at Pro is the best help I have ever found at in store I have ever been too. Thank you. If every employee was like her the store would never have a complaint when it came to customer service. She should be management.

Disorganized, aisles blocked with merchandise that should be on racks, poorly inventoried stock. Wear gloves because every item is coated with dirt.

Ruthie was my cashier and was above and beyond courteous, outgoing and did whatever she could to make my check out rememberable.

I shop here almost daily, and the amount of clutter in every single main aisle makes it very difficult to maneuver a cart through the store. I’ve walked out more than once because I got tired of moving things to get through. It’s ridiculous. I’ve mentioned it to the staff and seemed like they all agree it’s definitely cramped. You want to put employees behind a glass window to collect payment due to Covid, yet with that partition their, it’s barely enough remove to get through with a cart most the time. Not to mention making everyone wait in a line that they are should to shoulder waiting to be checked out all due to the overstock cramping the aisles. The staff has always been friendly which is why I’ve continued to shop there but my patience is starting to wear out. It’s stressful trying to maneuver through the store every single time.

I recently shopped for lights for my house, the staff at Home Depot was friendly and helped me find what I needed; however, the self-checkout line was long and it was hard to tell where the line started. Overall, a good shopping experience.

Was a little disappointed in my purchase. I bought a 5-shelf black wire unit: 672763109186 I have several of this type of unit throughout my house, garage, workshop. This unit was made slightly different as the grooves for assembly were smaller and had less alignment capability for assembly. Made it hard to assemble. Took me three tries to get it right. Was not happy during this process for what has been a very easy task previously.

All the ladies at customer s desk are always ready and willingg to help find products, ordering online or just help with any problems I may have. They are great

Flooring department and install scheduling has wasted my time and not shown up for 3 scheduled times for measurement of my two rooms needing carpet! Going elsewhere for my flooring and painting needs!

This morning I came in around 7 AM and Mr. Woody in the lumber department helped me cut a 2 x 3 x 8 so that it would fit in my car. I am working on a project and needed the wood cut in 15 inch pieces and he did not hesitate to help me do this. Mr. Woody even offered to help carry it to the front desk, He was amazing and deserves a shout out !!

Picture actually going into a store that has helpful employees that know the product. Experience really shows at this location. In a time of reduced inventory, this store was stocked well. Had to get assistance from two different areas and actually was asked by two different workers if I needed assistance. Just a great shopping experience.
