I went to set up an upgraded duck enclosure for our ducks and have stopped at this Home Depot many times over the past month. The team is amazing at helping you problem solve, navigating your project and making sure you have everything you need. Even if they don’t know, they make sure you are the number one priority in that moment, walking you all over the store to get your problem solved! Besides the green house, I purchased everything I needed including renting a post hole digger to finish my project!!

The Post Road Home Depot is unlike any other Box Store. From Mark who know almost any plumbing issue to the cashier, Angela. Allison knows how to find any item in the store. Joe asks if he can load your car. Then there is the Manager, Deb who walks the store and greets me by my name. It is the small town feel that keeps me going back. Plus if I cannot find it, someone there can. I buy so many of my flowers there. They guarantee their products.

Whenever I go into this store, no matter the department, the employees are welcoming and helpful.

Jamaal was incredibly helpful on the phone and then in person. He ensured that I understood all of the details and offered to help with future projects. It was great to receive such attentive service.

For buying, will call, and helping loaf purchase

We found exactly what we came for, Two employees helped us and knew exactly what row to direct us to. There was plenty of staff, and all of them were glad to pause and help us. Store was super clean and tidy.

Leah went above and beyond helping to locate the tile I needed. When this HD did not have it, she called another store and when they didn't answer she suggested another store or another option to order the tile online for next day delivery to the store. The other store had the tile when she called them it was put on hold for me. Definitely an employee to keep - she knows her job and customer service!

Matt and Monique really went above and beyond for me. I was surprised by getting that level of service at Home Depot; it definitely makes me want to come back. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I was thrilled with the service I received at Home Depot I was happily greeted and assisted immediately. Then I spoke with another employee named Marshall in flooring he helped pick carpet and vinyl planks and quote and financing and very helpful. He is an awesome employee.

Needed a storm door and so happy,Jamal, was on duty. Educated me on features between brands and models within brands. I needed a special order and he took great pains to go over all the features that I had chosen were included. Also explained that this special order has only a 3day period for return if a problem and the steps for pickup. Really appreciated his great customer service.

I visit this store regularly and can always find what I need and the crew there is great..friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am always happy with the results when I leave this store.

Our new grill wouldn’t fit in my suv since it was pre assembled and the store manager had it delivered to us at no charge. All of the employees were very helpful during our visit.

Love my Indy Post Rd location. Employees are always ready to help. Even if that involves walking you directly to the item you’re looking for. 😊

Service was great and product looks great in my kitchen

This is the first time we purchased custom windows. Jamaal Penn was very professional and knowlegable of the ordering process. I would highly reccomend ordering windows from Home Depot / Jamaal Penn.

I was treated like royal from the moment I stepped into your castle. Monique greeted us at the door. Mike helped me from the pro desk showing me samples of TREX. Jamal, Robinson, and Dee assisted me further, and as he stepped up to offer some more support if needed store assistant manager, David was the crowning touch. This is why I shop at the Post Road Home Depot.

David, our sales associate at the Home Depot posts road store was energetic, helpful and very friendly. He made our decision easy to purchase a new refrigerator and stove. I have been a salesman for over 40 years and this was the best appliance purchase experience I have ever had!

I shop at the Post Road store, but I don't like to because of the constant ear-splitting beeping of the fork lifts. None of your competitors block off aisles to stock shelves during peak customer hours. I'm 75 years old and the shrill beeping still makes me wince.

We were greeted and helped as we walked in. There weren't many shovels left, but the atmosphere had good energy. The employee @ the self checkout was helpful and kind. We will definitely return to this location in the future!

Managers Deb Brandon David always willing to help al the employees have always been pleasant and helpful I always depend on this store for my first choice of home needs

During my recent visit, I was assisted by LeeLee (Manager), Amy, Percy, and Joe-L. During several attempts to purchase the Magic Chef 5cf chest freezer, these employees went beyond their duties to assist me. The major problem was that I bought the product twice, took it home; & each time found damages after opening. To prevent this from happening again, they opened the product in-store. And after opening 4 different boxes, each one was also damaged. Since I desperately needed a freezer, I accepted the offer of the freezer with least damage at a generously discounted price. All damages seen were manufacture-default or damaged in shipment to the store. All the employees who assisted me were extremely helpful, courteous, & demonstrated a desire to satisfy the customer. I greatly appreciate all their time and efforts.

We came in at the end of the night in Black Friday and every single employee was helpful, friendly, and fun!!!!!
