My online order was messed up. The manager took care of me so I could still get the job done!

I couldn't find a specific tool and 2 employees named Norma Jean and Christan went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. These guys are serious about helping customers. Thanks guy!

Purchased yesterday, love it.

I came to the store to purchase a product that the online said that there was plenty in-stock. Once I arrived, it wasn't. Kayla helped me by offering me a different product for the price of the item I originally intended to purchase!!!

I have visited this Home Depot two times. The first visit was to obtain several paint samples. The associates in the paint department were friendly and helpful. They quickly created my samples and just as quickly checked out. The second visit was to pick up hose and watering supplies for my yard. I found the items easily, but had some questions about what would work best for my situation. Two garden associates saw me and came over the help. They listened to me and helped me get the things I needed, loading them into my cart. When I went to self-check out, the associate there was also very helpful, especially when I had one item that simply would not scan. She rang everything for me, then looked up the offending item to make sure I was charged the right price. I was very pleased with visits. Thank you Home Depot associates!

I like it, price are great and product availability ok. Staff is cool.

Kameron was quick to introduce herself and schedule an appointment when I inquired about kitchen remodeling . I inquired online and was quickly responded to. That's always a plus. I enjoyed interacting with her while we looked at a variety of appliances and discussed kitchen decor ideas. I'm excited to have a new kitchen! Thank you Kameron for showing such enthusiasm for my big project.

I unfortunately had to have my house partially gutted due to a leak and most of my materials came from Home Depot. The staff has been wonderful in helping me find what I needed for my rebuild at each phase of the project and I am very pleased. Thank you so much HD!

When I first entered the Post Road store, I asked a cashier named Aubrey for assistance to help me locate a particular shelf wire unit, for which I gave her the SKU. She attempted to search for this SKU on her phone, and then said that they didn't have any, and she began to walk away. So, I told her that I found several of these listed online at this store. She seemed to get frustated, but did another search and found the item, and said they they had 9 of them. She was again in a hurry to walk away, so I asked her where I could find them. She said either in the front of the store or in flooring. So I asked her if there was someone in flooring that would help me. She again appeared frustrated, as though she was too busy to help me. But she told me whe would take me there and began to walk very fast to flooring. I am not a slow walker myself, but I practically had to run to keep up with her. When we got to flooring, Jerome and Marshal were sitting there at their desk. Aubrey told them I needed help to find the shelf unit, and then she quickly started to walk back to the front of the store. I said, "Thank you, Aubrey.", but she ignored me and kept walking. Jerome took me to the front of the store to find the shelf, but it wasn't there , as he said that the loaders didn't do their job in stocking it in the front. So, we walked back to flooring again, where Jerome finally found the shelf uint. He loaded it on my cart, and I thanked him for his hel, and he responded, "No problem". I then pushed my cart back to the front of the store, checked out, and paid for the shelf at the self-checkout where the cashier, Raul was working. He helped me scan the item, I paid, and then thanked him, and he said, "You're welcome". However, once I got to the parking lot to load the shelf into my car, I quickly realized how heavy the shelf unit was. I tried to lift it off the cart and put in my car, but it was so heavy that it slid off the cart and banged down onto the parking lot. It was then that I realized that I should have had assistance, or at least been offered assistance to unload something this heavy. But neither Jerome nor Raul considered such an offer of assistance to me. I normally shop the 96th Street Home Depot, but they didn't have theis particular shelf unit in stock, which Post Road store did. In all the years that I've shopped the 96th Street store, I've never experienced such a poor level of customer service as what I did at this Post Road store. I hope I never have to shop there again.

I shop there periodically. I shopped there 12/27/2021. Every on my list was there. I had a return. Cashier Sheila handled my return kindly. Sheila made me feel welcome with my return and was very helpful.

I buy tools there quite often and everyone is is always very helpful

The store manager went out of his way to make sure my issue was resolved. He was professional, cheerful and efficient. This is the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. The associate he handed me off to to finish was also excellent. They were both focused on solving my issue. I can't say enough good things about my experience today.

Customer service. I was purchasing 4X8 sheets of peg board. A store associate approached me and offered to help me load the sheets on the cart. He then offered to help load them in my vehicle. I offered him a $5.00 tip, he stated he was not allowed to accept tips. Your Store associate went above and beyond for customer service. You should be proud to have him on your team. I am an automotive manager of over twenty people, that kind of employee is good to have.

I purchased a variety of items for repairs on a rental unit. I was pleasanty surprised when the total was less than I anticipated.

So happy to find some Charcoal at this time of year, where i live. I knew i can count on Home Depot to have what i needed. While i was there i noticed the beautiful Mums on display. Bought 2 of them. Plan on buying 2 more tomorrow. Thank you Home Depot for having what i needed, plus a little extra.

Debra, Michelle, Carolyn and Joel were amazing this morning helping me purchase what I needed for my new home. Set up installation of my new garage door opener that I bought this morning as well as loading my truck. They were fun, friendly and so helpful. Thank you all.

The Home Depot at 2225 N Post Road in Indianapolis, Indiana consistently provides world-class customer service. In fact, I no sooner walk in the door, any time, and there is a friendly employee coming up to me and asking me how they can assist or help me. This speaks VOLUMES to me as a customer.

I have many options but I always go to the post road store. The service is great and the employees often make me smile.
