I FELT THE ASSOCIATES COULD HAVE OFFERED MORE HELP SUCH AS WALKING ME OVER TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE INDOOR PLANTS SEEMED VERY POORLY TAKEN CARE OF, ESPECIALLY FOR THEIR PRICE. I ALSO FEEL THERE COULD BE MORE OF A SELECTION IN THE STORE FOR LAWN FURNITURE...SUCH AS ROCKERS AND RECLINERS.

I love to shop Home Depot, and do at least twice a week. This store is the best of all my Home Depot experiences. There is always a store associate close by when I am there, asking if I have any questions or if they can help me find anything. I love that because there are so many options for everything, that I get perplexed about what is the best thing for my needs. I always get good advice and suggestions that furthers my satisfaction when I get home with my purchase and find that item(s) meet my needs to a "T". The customer service employees act like old friends, and seem to genuinely love their jobs. To me, nothing beats customer satisfaction than an eager, informed, friendly, and knowledgeable associate.

Purchased a 3 pack of light bulbs. Got home and only 2 were in the package. I should have checked the package while I was at the store and prior to checkout. I don't have time to return to the store to make it right, which I'm sure THD would do. When returns are put back on the shelf, as obviously this was, the store should verify product accuracy and completeness.

Great to shop at if your looking for gardening, construction or other items for your home or outside your home...They have it all----LOVE THIS STORE !

Been purchasing a small quantity of lumber for a project over the period of two weeks. I was always able to find someone to help with cutting and loading! Chad in lumber is the best!

I have shopped other Home Depots and had trouble finding help, but the associate here helped me find everything I needed and the check out service was better, also.

The Associate was very good in explaining what I was looking for and in showing the products. She made me feel confident about what I was doing and she knew her stuff. I was very happy with the service I received and even told her that I felt like giving her a hug before I left because she was so helpful with everything I asked about.

I received great customer service from Bill, an associate in the Lumber department. Even though I was rude to him, he kept smiling and remained calm and courteous towards me. He was friendly, professional and very eager to assist me, and it didn't take long for him to resolve my issue. I walked into the store with a frown, but left the store with a smile :)

Hard to find an associate in the Garden area that is knowledgeable with plants/flowers/bushes/trees

We are in the process of moving and needed some last minute boxes. I ran in to the Home Depot, stopped a clerk to ask where they were, they pointed me directly to the CORRECT place to find them, and I was out of the store in 5 minutes. Love the ease of shopping and helpfulness of the people in the store. We will be back to this location for sure!

I've always had nice experiences at this Home Depot and prefer this location to the other area Home Depot stores. The staff are always nice and very helpful, the facility is usually never overcrowded on weekends, and it's in a great location. Thanks to the employees!

STORE ASSOCIATE COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION ON THE LUMBER AND FLOOR HANGERS AND WAS GOING TO GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZE HAGERS FOR THE 2 BY 6 FOR THE FLOORS.
