Bought Fridge and Freezer on Memorial Day
Went into store for both a fridge and freezer on Memorial Day since the sales are so good. It was very crowded and we had to wait a while for an associate in the appliance section to check us out. Once we got an associate, she was very nice and knowledgeable about our purchase. Would definitely go again, just expect to wait and face crowds on holidays! I would have thought they would staff better for a holiday.

Worst retail experience of my life!
After finishing building a bathroom at my house over a few months stretch, I had a bunch of small unused items to return. As she was scanning them in and only looking at the cart not the screen, I asked if it would make a different beep noise if it didn’t find the item on my Pro acct./credit card since I didn’t have all the receipts, and she assured me it would. Fast forward to me sitting in my car looking at my receipt where at the bottom it says a portion of my return was denied. After going back in and pointing it out, the manager was being pretty dismissive and trying to convince me everything was correct. The cashier said the computer denied some of the items but she didn’t know which ones so she just kept all the items, and didn’t say anything! A revelation to which the manager did not even bat an eye! She had shorted me $175 worth of merchandise. The whole process took 2 hours of my life and they didn’t even apologize!

Short of help as usual
It's a shame nobody wants to work anymore. This store has less than minimum employees available to help customers. If what I want to buy is locked in a cage, i immediately know that I probably won't be able to get anybody to open the cage for me.

An exemplary employee
If you need help with a home project that involves lumber, ask for Marco. He was so very patient and kind. He helped me find just the board I needed for my goofy project. He is an all around nice guy and it made my Home Depot experience fun!

Offended by customer service
Tried to return items but the employee couldn't understand what to do. We tried to show her on the invoice but she stepped away over and over. Then she told us to step away from her. She wore a face guard and a mask over her mount but she was still afraid. We had to be helped by some one else.

I bought a Dremel metal cutting starter kit with some sort of a quick release bit to it work very well and the employee Emma and another employee that I do not know her name made my visit very pleasant and the product worked very well was very easy to use.

Great Store
This is my favorite store. Generally always stocked, good assistance when I need it, displays are conducive for purchases, Cashiers and Customer Service staff are friendly for purchases and returns.
