I would like to commend one of your employees, a sales associate in the appliance department. Her name is Delisa. She handled the purchase of our new Bosch 500 dishwasher. She made what could have easily been a very awkward situation into a win-win for two customers and a credit to Home Depot for hiring very courteous, professional and knowledgeable staff. This young lady should be considered for advanced trining for young managers. She is one terrific young lady!

Judy, Stephanie and the Customer Service Team are the reason why I am now only going to be shopping at Home Depot. Thank you for your support for Veterans and for going out of the way to help customers. Looking forward to my next visit.

CHECKOUT CASHIER LUTHER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE ONLY PERSON IN STORE THAT WAS HELPFUL

My wife and I bought a new washer and Shelby and Elizabeth helped us with our purchase. They were very knowledgeable and just pleasant to work with.

Store & stock are fine, but not a friendly or helpful person that I've encountered at this location. Go down the street to the competition.

This particular Home Depot Store in North Richland Hills gives outstanding customer service! Associates are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to assist with what I need to complete our home projects! A great selection of tools and supplies to complete my project! Highly recommend this Home Depot.

Nice and clean. Melissa is helpful and always attentive while helping customers checkout or with assistance for location of an item. Melissa is always on top of it.

There's nothing not to like about this store. From the manager, Jeff, to the associates, to the cashiers, to the lot associates (even the MET team are great people!). They all are very helpful, and pleasant. Thanks to everyone who makes my day when shopping there.

THIS STORE IS PARTICULARLY HELPFUL TO ME BECAUSE I KNOW THE LAY-OUT, AND AM ABLE TO FIND THINGS EASILY. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES THAT ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR PARTICULAR AREAS. IF THEY ARE NOT SURE THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND SOMEONE THAT DOES KNOW THE PRODUCT.

The salesperson’s name who helped me was Luther. He took me right to the product (it was locked up) & in no time I was on my way. He was friendly & knew exactly what I wanted to purchase & found it for me in minutes.

This is my regular Home Depot; I'm here at least once a week if not more, so I'm very comfortable and familiar with it. It's a good store, clean and well laid out. I do wish they had a slightly bigger selection in some areas, but honestly, I think that's the case with every store in the world, especially one that also offers online shopping. The employees here are generally very friendly and helpful. A couple of times I (a small woman) have had to deal with the "I'll read you the label as if that answers your question, little lady, because I'm not really paying attention to what you're saying so I'm assuming you didn't read it yourself," attitude from male employees, but honestly more rarely than I have at other stores; the overwhelming majority of employees are respectful and helpful, and for the most part knowledgeable. It's usually pretty easy to find someone to help if you need it, too--unless you are looking for someone to cut the plastic ties on a racked bundle of 1x2s, 1x3s, or 2x2s, in which case they are never anywhere to be seen, which is frustrating--especially since it often seems as if there are only a dozen loose boards and they are curved or twisted or full of bark and/or knotholes, whereas the bundled ones look perfectly straight and lovely. They've recently moved some things around in this store, especially in the lighting and plumbing sections. I'm not crazy about the changes but they aren't awful or anything. Overall, it's a good store, and I will continue shopping there regularly!
