Excellant customer relation and product knowledge, store was well stocked in regards to products that I purchased, checkout was fast, friendly and convenance.

Very well run and friendly store.

This store sucks at the classes they offer. I have taken two and skipped the third one because it was a dog and pony show on steroids. My issue is that they waste people's time. No one knew anything about the class at customer service. It took 10-15 minutes to get further information and the class didn't start until 20 min later. No one had supplies, the area was front and center somewhere in the store so other customers kept interrupting. No one was prepared, the store manager was completely disinterested. I was in complete disbelief that Home Depot operated such a potentially lucrative marketing resource as being uninterested, unprepared and a waste of people's time.

This Home Depot is well stocked, well organized, well lighted. It's not the biggest but has always had everything I needed. Most importantly, they have a great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and AVAILABLE.

All the employees are knowledgeable and know the store layout very well. If you can not locate what you want, you always get help and enjoy the conversation while finding the item(s).

John in flooring is extremely helpful and patient! definitely ask him for help and guidance if you are installing your own flooring.

We received AMAZING customer service! Scott in the flooring Department is simply the best. He bent over backwards to help us. He listened to all of our needs and then met them. He also never passed us off to another associate even though we needed help in several departments. He gave us the red carpet treatment and truly made us feel like VIP's! Thanks Scott.

Scott in the flooring department is the real deal! His customer service is 2nd to none. He takes exceptional care of his customers and he gives an entire new perspective to the shopping experience! He will bend over backwards to help his customers and try his hardest to full fill your every need. He helped us in several departments. We've seen him pushing carts to make sure customers have carts, we've seen him on equipment and pull down and load up product for customers. You don't find this kind of customer service no matter where you shop these days. Scott truly blessed us and made this store our home store. We highly recommend this store, and especially Scott!!!

Would only recommend for the cashier - Luther - he was so helpful that I will consider shopping there again. Most employees talk among themselves ignoring the customer on the floor - but the cashier was super friendly and helpful

Store employees are rude and unhelpful. Store is always disorganized. Self checkout stations are difficult to use at this location.

Forgot an item at the store and have to return to the store in person to get a refund or the item purchase one hour ago on camera. I’m not able to get back to the store anytime soon. Not happy.

Had a terrible experience with Praful. He was not friendly or the the mood to provide even average customer service. He began by slamming a flashlight but I was purchasing into the bag on the counter and then throwing a box of screws on top of it. I asked him not to do that and he threw his hands up like "what"? I told him I would be going to get a new flashlight out of fear of it being damaged. When I came back that's when the real attitude started I asked for my military /veterans discount as I am a Marine Corps veteran and he said they don't do that here. I showed him my ID & still refused. He called a manager, who quickly proved him wrong! Even after he was proven wrong he still continued to run his mouth and have an attitude as I was grabbing my bags trying to exit the store. My 18 year old son was with me who witnessed this interaction with him I can prove that he had an attitude I was just very disrespectful. I normally do shop at Home Depot and this one is conveniently located within 5 minutesof my house. But I will fight through traffic to drive to the one on Rufe Snow to avoid this kind of customer service.

This has been my Home Depot store for over 27 years. They have been consistently helpful with more projects than I can remember. From a new water heater when we first moved in, to the concrete and lumber I purchased today. I can always count on this store!

you need do some improvement on your rental area, as far as receiving something from customer and keep a good record, do not pass the ball back and forth when somebody leaves the store , and to find what customer return, was an ordeal. Thanks

Always appreciate the helpful store employees. Through remodeling of four homes through the years, the employees have provided assistance in locating items, and if needed, answering my questions when I could not otherwise find the right parts, materials, etc. Their workshops taught us many skills and helped us keep our costs down like when we learned to do our own tile and wood flooring. The equipment rental employees were always helpful and made the rental and return process simple and easy.
