Friendly help, well stocked, smiling faces from all employees that helped me find what I needed and how to use it. The Prescott Valley Home Depot in my opinion is superior to the Prescott Home Depot. P.V. staff far more friendly and helpful

Great Store, Super friendly staff

Love this store from the greeter, Ken, to the employee who helped me, Jacob, who went far beyond and helped me shop when I physically needed it!

Beverly in the garden department was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. When she noticed I was purchasing sand and gravel she recommended that I check the discount bin in case there was something there that might be useful for me. She made checking out a pleasure without lingering and prolonging moving the line along. So here's a shout out to Beverly for a wonderful job well done!

Store is WAY to crowded with product on the floor. Up from is by far the worst, it’s hard to even get a buggy through and if you have a cart forget it. It’s not real stuff either, all just misc stuff. Make some room for people to get through, it makes the shopping experience so much more pleasant.

Occasionally items are out of stock and/or don't reflect what's supposed to be available; however, most of the associates go above and beyond to help, and the new customer service crew is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store!

I love coming to this store and the employees here are always so helpful and a lot help out above and beyond their job descriptions. If I cannot find what I need there is always someone there to help me out.

you put a price to enter your sweepstakes by stating you must accept advertisements from home depot to enter. not enough employees to cover all departments. it's hard to find an associate. employees go to lunch and you start over with your process no communication of what was the customers needs given to the new associate taking over.

There seems to be very little effort in employees assuring that lumbar carts are made available to customers. This is one of the most basic responsibilities that any retailer has. On a regular basis I have to ask an employee to find me one or go into the parking lot to retrieve one myself. A few times when I ask for help for this issue, employees look confused or irritated that I have made the request. Twice now, this employees simply vanished and I had to remedy the situation myself. Repeated complaints about this problem via talking to a store manager or surveys seem to make no difference. Of course I would avoid all of this and take a lumbar cart in when I first arrive, but often times I have a basket cart to fill first. Very likely you have no choice but to go to a Home Deport for your needs, so I recommend choosing the Prescott location instead. This problem is only slightly less present.

Every time my husband and I have gone into this store we have had employees who have been extremely nice in helping us. They have all been friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We could go to another store but we will always return to this store.

"Daniela" at the Prescott Valley Service Desk was resentful, uncaring, and decidedly unhelpful in my attempt to cancel an online item that had been backordered, but was actually in stock. I wanted to find out why Home Depot's Internet Ordering did not jibe with the actual store inventory.. I had put together an order to pick up at the store, and got an email that it was ready. When I went there, I found out only part of the order was filled, and the rest would come several days later. The next day, I found out the items I had ordered online were in stock! I called the 800 number, ( Tip: no human will answer unless you pretend you are buying a major appliance) and the person there said I couldn't cancel. I'd have to go to the store, buy the item, and return the online order when it came. No feathers off their beak- they're not driving back and forth, spending time and money... Needless to say I'll take my business to Lowes, and advise all others to do as well.

Happiest place on Earth. Although we LOVE our children, My wife and I frequent this store as a little mini-date escape from our kids. This store has helped us to bond in our marriage. We love to go here and dream big, ultimately fulfilling those dreams by purchasing amazing products for our home. This place is to die for......GO HOME DEPOT...…...it is like an adults candy store.

This is my favorite store in the Prescott Tri-City area. It tends to be less crowded, but still has the same products.

The store is close to my residence for convenient shopping...items were easily found...yes, if I needed assistance, you were there for me. Yes, the store is kept clean. Yes, all associates were friendly and helpful.

Associates always help - they answer my questions without making me feel stupid.

TJ in the Paint Department was extremely helpful, he helped us pick out the right base for our desire colors we needed. Very friendly . We definitely had a blast and will come back

We are so grateful to have this store in Prescott Valley. I can work on a list for a few days and make one trip to this store and walk out ready to come home and get to work. The good sales make it fun to add new tools and supplies to my work shop. The employee's are helpful and knowledgeable. I always look forward to shopping here.

Every employee I encountered on this day were helpful, patient and courteous.

I was shopping in this store and overheard the manager Mike Pooler treating an employee very poorly in front of other customers and employees. Made the poor woman cry. I refuse to shop anywhere that treats their employees like garbage.

Talk about convenience! What in Michigan was a 10 mile drive for anything from HD it is now only 3 miles away. The store generally has a huge selection of many things to satisfy the needs of most everyone having needs in this venue. I'm a tool junkie so that's where I spend most of my time! They've never let me down.

But the staff needs retraining on politeness and pleasantry's. Staff forget they are lucky to have a job and their job is presenting a positive image to customers who shop there. People get harden in their job and forget they serve the public.
