Several associates know me well, since I shop in this store very frequently. The associate cashier I dealt with today (8/2/2015) has been consistently unfriendly with me on various trips to this store. I will make sure I will not stand in his check-out line next time. My experience with most all other store associates have been very nice.

These days you hear that the "Big Box" stores like Home Depot are loacking in customer service. At the Prescott, AZ store I have found this NOT to be the case. Associates are mostly available and if I have to wait a bit for their attention it's mainly because they are devoting their time and knowledge to a customer. Go Home depot!

The associate was very helpful with our purchase of tile for our bathrooms and kitchen. He walked with us and showed us all the tile options, as well as the grout and any other material that may be needed. When asked questions about a product he would explain it so that I may understand, and if he was unsure he made every effort to find out the answer.

I love this store, everyone one was so nice, and helpful.

I needed help getting my wood purchase cut to size. A very helpful and enthusiastic employee greeted me and immediately took my material to the saw and accurately cut it to the size I specified. As a matter of fact he helped me twice in the same day.

Julianne was extremely helpful and made checking out easy.

Recently visited the Prescott Valley store and they are so helpful there! And you don't have to go looking for their hiding place because they don't have any! They seek you out instead and ask if you need anything. Cashier very friendly as well.

Lawn and Garden associates very helpful. What a nice day when cashiers are friendly and associates happily help you load heavy items into your car!

Employees at this store are not interested in assisting customers. This has been my experience on every visit. This one was my last.

Been in twice recently. Most helpful experience was having and associate help me with lighting. Lighting (bulbs etc) are now more complex with many choices. The associate was knowledgeable and could communicate effectively the differences and when/why to use which bulbs. This helped me to make my decision. And I left with more knowledge than when I went in. Great service!

The associates are always helpful and actually take the time to show you where things are.

I would like to thank Sergio, Joshua J., Zyurelaie, and the associate that happened to walk by the generators and helped us load the Briggs and Stratton on our cart. You guys are excellent.

I visit this particular store often as i do work on many projects at home There are times like this one, where there is no associate to be found anywhere near where I am looking for assistance. However, there are some associates that will go out of there own dept to help. The store can do better in pricing some of the items for example Harbor Freight has small 4x4 sander priced at approx 13.99 while HD has same item for almost 30.00 -- I think they need to be more competitive. In general I like the HD and find most of their associates very helpful and patient.

I just bought an entire kitchen appliance package plus a washer and dryer from this Home Depot and had a wonderful shopping experience with the sales associate, Rob. I can't review the products yet because they won't arrive for 3 months when the house should be built. Rob was very helpful in guiding my husband and I in choosing which appliances we needed and got a really great deal during the 4th of July sales event. He was very knowledgeable about the products and we ultimately chose the Samsung brand. He took his time and even researched online with us so we knew exactly what was available. Thanks Rob!

These folks are a great help. Cheerful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Joshua in the loading/service area is terrific. Thank you all for helping us older homeowners.

My husband and I love fixer projects and often think out of the box. We have consistently appreciated the home depot staff at this location who have been so supportive and helpful. I feel the associates go out of there way too make suggestions and get involved in our project.. One of the best aspects of home depot is the ease of returns. The associates smile and are so willing to listen as we explain what didn't work. Associates never pretend that they don't see you having some difficulty in finding or choosing materials but are extremely sensitive to customers who have that blank look on their faces as my husband and I frequently have. I can in all honestly say this is our favorite store too shop at due too the comfortable atmosphere and the amazing staff. thanks so much home depot for all your help over the many years.

Big shout out to Woody at the Prescott, AZ store!!! Never had an associate at any of your stores be so helpful and professional. I usually go elsewhere due to the lack of customer service at your stores, but had a great experience today.

I CAME HOME DEPOT AFTER CHECKING OUT THE WEB PAGE. RATINGS ON PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS THE STORE HAD THE ONE I WANTED. THE ASSOCIATE WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL. OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD,PLEASANT AND QUICK

We were able to find our needs with ease and the prices were good. Lanes were well marked for easy finding of products. Not a long drive so will probably shop at will.

Was looking for plant food and was very easy to find at H/D. Will definitely purchase again

The people are good,friendly , and knowledgeable . The store is well stocked and kept in fine shape. Over all a swell store .

the store associate tried to find the product I was looking for - however, it appears the store does not carry it. The associate worked in the area where the item would have been and should have known the store did not carry this. That is the main reason for the average rating

As we walked in we were greeted. We walked to the lumber area and weren't able to find the size of OSB we were looking for. We asked the lady that greeted us about the material and she immediately called an associate to help us. The gentlemen that helped us was polite, cheerful and helped us locate the item we needed. We asked him about some lumber that was on sale and although he didn't know the price he said he would contact another gentlemen that would know. We needed to go to the electrical area and he contacted yet another gentlemen from that area, walked down to electrical with us, introduced us and said he would speak with the gentlemen that would know the pricing of the lumber and get back with us. After we finished in the electrical area we once again had contact with the gentlemen from lumber and he advised us that the other gentlemen was outside getting our price for the other lumber we were looking at. The entire visit to Home Depot was great, our only regret was that we weren't able to remember the names of these three men.

This is the best Home Depot that I've ever visited. The place was open, bright, clean and organized. The sales staff could not have been nicer and more helpful.

Went in for bathroom tile install clay was amazing he spent time with me to make sure i knew everything about the install i was attempting and invited me back for help and to see a picture of the install i felt i could trust his guidance and made me feel confidant in the process, would pick him to guide me thrugh any install i have from now on.

My issue was solved immediately and I am extremely grateful to have had an associate who was there to help me.

While searching the internet for the best pricing on a washer and dryer, Home Depot came through. Not only was the website easier to use than the other big stores, the pricing was about the same but availability and delivery was the best. The customer service person was one of the best I have experienced. I prefer Home Depot over the other stores.

The associate who helped me went out of her way to solve a problem we had with the unavailability of a product we had ordered. She called me on the phone, had an alternative selection, and all of the paper work for the return and purchase done by the time I arrived at the store. She is an excellent example of a Home Depot employee!
