I was having a terrible shopping experience with a miserable rude sales associate in the Garden Center. Thank goodness Mary swooped in like a breath of friendly fresh air, to take over the situation and make my shopping experience a good one! You are lucky to have someone like Mary representing Home Depot in the polite helpful manner in which she does!

I've been to many Home Depot stores through the years, this store's customer service staff is the best I've ever experienced. Great attitude and disposition. Give Valerie a raise, she is exceptional.

I got 4 quotes for flooring and Home Depot came in much lower than anywhere else with two sales running at the same time. Maggie was friendly and helpful. I can't wait for the install.

Florida is the only service center and you have to pay for shipping; scam.

After spending years exclusively with a Home Depot competitor, the competitor finally drove me away with their gross incompetence. After shopping at Home Depot for the past year or two as a general contractor, I'm becoming more and more impressed with the customer service. Occasionally something might "fall between the cracks," however, those issues are promptly remedied.

Today while shopping at the Prescott home depot I witnessed a ashole that wasn't covered by a diaper from all the rude crap coming out of his mouth. I don't know how they treated you in the country you come from but that behavior is unacceptable here.

Was easy to find an associate, and he walked us to the department. We were looking for very small irrigation parts that are hard to find on the shelf. He asked what we were looking for and walked us to the section. By the time we got there, he knew exactly what we wanted and the parts were in our cart quickly. Shopping was a breeze, made even better by the cheerful and friendly cashiers.

My husband and I were lucky to have Jenn B. as our associate. She went an above and beyond to help us with our online order and pricing issue. She is amazing at her job and the HomeDepot is lucky to have her working for them. 10/10 best experience because of her!!

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and I was ready to order. Terry was clearly mad that there was “nowhere to hide at work,” (his words) It took Terry 3 hours to place an order for 4 appliances, I am not exaggerating. Terry spent those 3 hours being a rude condescending a$$hole to my wife. I regret not walking out and just paying the higher price somewhere else.

Worst Home Depot experience ever - have used other HD stores for decades and it has been great - but not Prescott Store. Just want flooring!! A terrible mess!!!::

I've been ordering retaining wall block off and on for 2-3 years. EVERY time, my phone orders have been easy and pleasant to make, accurate and the deliveries have been timely. The deliver folks are great to work with too.

So helpful and knowledgeable. So many of the employees here are retirees and know good customer service and have lots of experience in the department they are in. They do not hide form you but approach you and ask if they can help.

Every time I go to the Prescott Home depot the staff there is so friendly and helpful they go out of their way to help me with anything from lumber to gardening they are so helpful I am so happy we have such a great shopping experience when we go to the Prescott Home depot. They have helped me rebuild my home.

My husband and I just moved to the area a few months ago and we have a lot of home improvement projects. We have visited the Prescott store several times and each time we are greeted with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees.

I walked into the store and was greeted by an employee that asked if they could help me find something. I told them what i was looking for and they took me right to it and carried it to the checkout for me. After traveling 2 1/2 hours to get to the store, that was a great experience.

Paint department is superb

Sometimes when trying to work on something new, I can’t find anyone to talk to in a big store. Lots a friendly and knowledgeable employees today

When I'm unhappy with a product, returning it and getting a replacement in Home Depot is great. I appreciate the veterans discount, which is a big reason why I shop here.
