Store is generally clean, but your floor help is unfocused. You see them in offices chatting, no attention to the customers on floor, every time I have needed help, I have to go find someone. When they see puzzled customers wandering the floor, they could at least ask if they need help

very helpful at the paint desk,and the cashier(Monserrat) very good and very nice,in the Garden center.

It is sometimes hard to find help down the isles. The employees are always friendly and helpful otherwise. I would like to see more new products on the shelves.

I had no clue what I needed when I went into the store, nor where it was located. Every single employee in the store - and there were many even at 9:00 p.m. - was willing and happy to help. I left wishing that I worked there with such a good group of people!

This store is convenient, clean, and items are very easy to find. The employees are always on the lookout to see if anyone needs help. When you do, they are very helpful and courteous.

The store cashier (Alec) went out of his way to help me. The garden center has a variety of items to prepare for getting your garden on.

No matter what department I may be shopping, the associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. This minimizes my "wondering" around the store searching for answers/products myself. Keep up the good work! Pricing is competitive.

I went to another major hardware store to purchase my wall tile for the remodel on my bathroom. Not only could I not get help, I was told they did not carry the product I was interested in buying. I was assured by my friend who remodeled her bathroom where she got it. I then went to home depot with my sample. The young lady took my sample looked it up and said, we do not carry this but I can order it . Here is the cost and when it will be in. With her help home depot received a lot more of my business.

i would go to walmart to get what i need,most of the time i go to home depot the workers are talking to each other and if you ask one of them about a product they act like your bothering them

Before visiting Home Depot I got on their website to make sure what I wanted was in stock. Not only did it give me stock info but also told be exactly where I could find it in the store. This made my visit so much easier as I didn't didn't need help to complete my visit!

After ordering outdoor lights online, one had to be returned. The customer service employee was exceptional in returning the item for me and even ordered me another light after I mentioned wanting to order another one.

I've shopped at different locations in Louisville but,this one seems to always have what I'm after in stock.

When we were shopping for a heater we asked three gentlemen that were standing by the cash register in lumber where we could find small heaters. They pointed and said if we have any they would be down there. DOWN THERE, where is that? We were about to leave when we saw the older gentleman who has went out of his way to help us before, and we asked him. He was working in the lighting area, and stopped to show us. He said a shipment had just came in the day before, so he walked and took us to where we needed to go. Thanks for the gentleman that helped us, if not we were headed to Lowes.

the products i needed were easy to find and when I needed some assistance regarding which product was best for my purpose, an associate gave me the information i needed to make a decision that i was comfortable with. Store was clean and things were really easy to find.
